I am so amazed with this coffee maker, it is better than any brand and style I have ever used. It is quick and easy. This thing can make classic, rich, over ice, or specialty coffee. I can use k cups or make a whole pot. I can delay a k cup also! It even has a measuring utensil on the side and a built in frother that easily swings out for use and back to store. There is even a feature to just use water, for maybe a bowl of oatmeal or some noodles, but you can choose boiling or hot water. Easy to clean. I am so happy with this coffee maker!

I LOVED this coffee pot when I first bought it. It brewed fast and the coffee was delicious. Ive owned it for a bout a year now. It stops working ALL THE TIME! I am constantly putting it through the clean cycle. I stopped buying Keurigs for this reason. I heard fairly good things about Ninja so I decided to try as of now im not happy. When I first got this machine it was Great unfortunately it doesn't last a long time before it starts to break down. I had to buy a cheap Mr. Coffee machine as a back up and that pot works like a champ everytime and ive owned it for years. NINJA IM REALLY DISSAPOINTED. the machine looks great but is no longer efficient or even workable.

I like the machine itself, but led's in the display are already going out. Functions well but seemingly not built to last. Granted, I purchased this at the end of 2021, but you would hope for more than a few years use out of the thing… right?

I bought a dual brew pro 3 months ago and haven't had a cup yet not full of grounds. I have called and had replacement parts sent. Same result. This was the biggest waste of money there is. Do not buy one of these.

I love NINJA products. This review is more for Sam's. They are advertising this as "hot water" and that option is not available on this model. The model with hot water function has a button on the left side and this one does not.

I'm done. Been using it for 3 weeks and it's dead. All I wanted was a refund but you insist on sending me units. I have 4 now with this last one and I am done.

My husband love anything ninja and we trade out curry coffee maker for a ninja! He loves that he doesn't have to use just k cups he can use also ground coffee. It's so easy to clean and use.

We love this coffee makes because we can grind fresh beans and make a pot or in a hurry use a pod! Best feature is the water reservoir can go in the back or on the side as pictured. It's a great space saver for a small kitchen.
