Not worth it

I'm done. Been using it for 3 weeks and it's dead. All I wanted was a refund but you insist on sending me units. I have 4 now with this last one and I am done.

Died after 2 years

Mine died after 2 years of light use. It was a good coffee maker until then, but I don't think I will ever purchase another Ninja coffee maker. It was the shortest lived coffee maker I have ever bought.

Save your money

Coffee is warm at best and the warming plate will only work if brewing a large amount. I like 2 cups in the morning, so by cup number two, I have to microwave it. Carafe is also not dishwasher safe.

Does everything very well.

This machine is awesome. I love that it's multifunctional. Although it originally came out with the 3 pin needle, Ninja has updated it to the standard 1 pin. There are 0 spills.

Would NOT recommend

Didn't last long at all. Cleaned multiple times, but making would basically blow up with k-cups. When using basket grounds would go everywhere. It became dangerous to use.

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE HOT WATER FEATURE

I love NINJA products. This review is more for Sam's. They are advertising this as "hot water" and that option is not available on this model. The model with hot water function has a button on the left side and this one does not.

We love this coffee makes because we can grind fresh beans and make a pot or in a hurry use a pod! Best feature is the water reservoir can go in the back or on the side as pictured. It's a great space saver for a small kitchen.

Dangerous Mess

We are big believers in Shark/Ninja products!! This was the worst investment in a coffeemaker. Ninja has sent us replacement parts and a whole new unit only to have the same, unresolved issue. The machine's pressure is too great and spews grounds from kcups and coffee filter into the cup or carafe nearly every time. Our first unit sprayed so badly it would come out the sides and all over the counter at near-boiling temps, that is dangerous! The second unit doesn't have "overspray" like that, but it still isn't right. We can't ever count on having a cup of coffee grounds-free.

Cup full of grounds when using pods

I just received this new coffee maker 1 week ago. When using the k cups 3 out of 4 times I will end up with a cup full of grounds. Is there something I am doing wrong? Like the maker but after tossing my 3 cup down the drain I am ready to return this maker!
