I love our DualBrew. I have been happy with the coffee that comes out. I love the "rich" coffee feature, and that we can brew a single cup or a whole pot. No issues with coffee grounds making it to the cup except for when I tried a mesh filter instead of the normal paper filters. Would definitely buy another, and have considered buying another for work.

I enjoy a good cup of coffee everyday. This Ninja coffee maker is good matched up with a good filter. I don't use the POD's but like the fact that I can use it when family and friends come over. If you're on the fence about buying this coffee maker, I would definitely recommend it.

I went through two of these in two years. The product is defective and the one year warranty is not enough. The second one broke six months after the warranty and was told there was nothing they could do as the warranty expired; I would have to purchase a new product. No thanks.

I am so amazed with this coffee maker, it is better than any brand and style I have ever used. It is quick and easy. This thing can make classic, rich, over ice, or specialty coffee. I can use k cups or make a whole pot. I can delay a k cup also! It even has a measuring utensil on the side and a built in frother that easily swings out for use and back to store. There is even a feature to just use water, for maybe a bowl of oatmeal or some noodles, but you can choose boiling or hot water. Easy to clean. I am so happy with this coffee maker!

My absolutely favorite coffee machine! Ninja products never miss. I've had mine for a few years and it's still going strong! It makes the best coffee and is super quick. I love that you can set a timer to have it brew at a certain time in the mornings, I'm able to wake up to a freshly made cup of coffee. This coffee maker has been a complete game changer, I'm telling you. I love that you can do regular coffee grounds and the k-cup pods. Ninja products are always worth the investment in this one is no different. There's so many features to it. Highly recommend if you drink coffee, tea, or really any hot/cold beverage.

We love the Ninja Dualbrew Pro! We use it every day for various uses. For full pots of coffee to a single cup with the K-cup option. It also features a hot water option that we use to heat up our daughter's bottles. Its sleek design tucks back on our countertop leaving ample space. 10/10 must buy!

I LOVED this coffee pot when I first bought it. It brewed fast and the coffee was delicious. Ive owned it for a bout a year now. It stops working ALL THE TIME! I am constantly putting it through the clean cycle. I stopped buying Keurigs for this reason. I heard fairly good things about Ninja so I decided to try as of now im not happy. When I first got this machine it was Great unfortunately it doesn't last a long time before it starts to break down. I had to buy a cheap Mr. Coffee machine as a back up and that pot works like a champ everytime and ive owned it for years. NINJA IM REALLY DISSAPOINTED. the machine looks great but is no longer efficient or even workable.

Love, love, love my new coffee maker!! Makes great coffee, can either get boiling or hot water for tea or other beverages without getting a coffee taste, and I can still make my specialty coffees. The pod adapter takes a time or two to get the hang of it. It's so versatile. I would recommend this to everyone.

I used to like this brand, but not anymore. I've bought this coffee maker twice now, and both have broken down in five years for the same reason. I also have a fan oven that's two years old and it's broken too. That's its lifespan: two to three years. You can pay less for other products that last the same amount of time. I'm sorry, but I don't like Ninja anymore.
