What a coffee maker. This brews coffee as it is inteded hot and flavorful. Being able to select the level of richness makes this a five-star review. If you want a single cup you can use the K cups.

This pot makes such flavorful coffee, the specialty option is a poor man's espresso machine which is honestly fantastic, and it's so quiet! Awesome machine for the price!

I bought my 2 years ago. I love it , k cups works great with any brand I buy, coffee pot is great to. We use it everyday, I've never had a problem with it.

Súper easy to use, doesn't take up much space, and is self cleaning. It makes coffee shop-quality coffee in seconds. I love that it has many different functions and a milk frother.

This machine is awesome. I love that it's multifunctional. Although it originally came out with the 3 pin needle, Ninja has updated it to the standard 1 pin. There are 0 spills.

This product worked well for just over 2 years. One cup of tea through the water spout and one cup of coffee per day. It was well cared for and cleaned regularly. It broke a few months after the warranty was over and I was offered a 50% discount on another unit. That is wholly unacceptable. A coffee maker should last more than 2 years. I will never buy another ninja product. It worked well and I enjoyed it while it last day to come up but two years is unacceptable

Bought this so we could use kcups and grounds but unless you like grounds in your coffee from using kcups I wouldn't buy. Every time you use a kcup it overflows and put coffee grounds in your cup and there is a huge mess to clean up. We will be returning ASAP

I went through two of these in two years. The product is defective and the one year warranty is not enough. The second one broke six months after the warranty and was told there was nothing they could do as the warranty expired; I would have to purchase a new product. No thanks.

I love our DualBrew. I have been happy with the coffee that comes out. I love the "rich" coffee feature, and that we can brew a single cup or a whole pot. No issues with coffee grounds making it to the cup except for when I tried a mesh filter instead of the normal paper filters. Would definitely buy another, and have considered buying another for work.

I have been using this for (over three) years and have absolutely no complaints... This thing does it ALL―I've used it for K-Cups, thus replacing my Keurig MINI Plus (gone), and have made a cappuccino every day since I set it up... I've actually burned\worn out my Frother Whisk!! The Independent Hot Water System is wonderful and can be used for instant cereals, cup of soups, mashed potatoes, etc. (all of which I have and do). I do not use it as a regular daily coffee maker, however―preferring my old BUNN Classic Speed Brew (quick coffee)!!
