Best thing since sliced bread. I love that I can brew ground coffee or pods, there is not holding me back now. Plus the fritter just sets it over the top. The different size brew settings are really awesome too. Love it!!!

Efficiently brews coffee with great quality, it locks the ability to keep the coffee warm- although it has the feature, to drink it warm, you have to drink it as soon as it pours, if not, it gets cold fast.

I have had the system for about a month. The large capacity reservoir keeps water refills to a minimum, keeping convenience a priority. It is a quality built machine that is built for daily use and the wear and tear that comes with it.

Great product as usual with ninja brand. We traded this for a keurig that was a year old and having issues with reading the barcode on the k-cups. Will not return to keurig since having this. So easy to use and quieter too.

This pot makes such flavorful coffee, the specialty option is a poor man's espresso machine which is honestly fantastic, and it's so quiet! Awesome machine for the price!

Throw your Keurig's away. This machine blows them away. Very fast and easy to use once you get past the initial intimidation of all the buttons. We love it!!!!!

So far, it's great, but I wish I could attach it to a water line like an ice maker. I love being able to make a full pot of coffee or a single cup. The hot/boiling water is excellent for tea or hot chocolate.

I use this coffee machine daily not only to dispense water for tea but k cups and ground coffee as well. It's truly reliable and multi use for single serve or multiple cups as well. Easy to set up and just add water even programable!

Best ever coffee and speciality coffee machine !!! Full pot, pods and cold brew it does it all ! I had this machine for 5 months and not one problem or complaint ! Will never go back to a Keurig . If you're looking at this machine just buy it don't think about it . I'm very glad I did 5+++ stars ⭐️

I have been using this for (over three) years and have absolutely no complaints... This thing does it ALL―I've used it for K-Cups, thus replacing my Keurig MINI Plus (gone), and have made a cappuccino every day since I set it up... I've actually burned\worn out my Frother Whisk!! The Independent Hot Water System is wonderful and can be used for instant cereals, cup of soups, mashed potatoes, etc. (all of which I have and do). I do not use it as a regular daily coffee maker, however―preferring my old BUNN Classic Speed Brew (quick coffee)!!
