I bought this 2 weeks ago and we have used it every day for coffee in the morning and iced coffee in the afternoon. I also love the hot water feature.

Efficiently brews coffee with great quality, it locks the ability to keep the coffee warm- although it has the feature, to drink it warm, you have to drink it as soon as it pours, if not, it gets cold fast.

I have had the system for about a month. The large capacity reservoir keeps water refills to a minimum, keeping convenience a priority. It is a quality built machine that is built for daily use and the wear and tear that comes with it.

I recently purchased this coffee machine to replace my Kuerig machine. Wow, the coffee flavor is so smooth and delicious. I'm just so excited and happy I made the switch!

Have an older version of the Ninja coffee maker. Someone in Ninja must too, because this newer Dualbrew is an improvement in many areas! Slimmer design, bigger crafe, and can use K-cups!

I love Ninja products. This is my second coffee maker in this line. The choices in coffee amount, strength and type are excellent features. It is superbly designed and easy to use.

I am 99% satisfied by this coffee maker that our children gave to us for Christmas. The only knock I have against it is the "pause to pour" feature. You slide the lever to "close", and wait a few seconds for the drips to stop, then you remove the carafe to pour and coffee still drips out onto the heating surface ... about a drop per second. I aways bought cheap Mr. Coffee or Black & Decker coffee makers and never had this problem before. I expected more from the Ninja people.

I enjoy a good cup of coffee everyday. This Ninja coffee maker is good matched up with a good filter. I don't use the POD's but like the fact that I can use it when family and friends come over. If you're on the fence about buying this coffee maker, I would definitely recommend it.

Bought this so we could use kcups and grounds but unless you like grounds in your coffee from using kcups I wouldn't buy. Every time you use a kcup it overflows and put coffee grounds in your cup and there is a huge mess to clean up. We will be returning ASAP
