[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this washer! The extra filters really cut down on the pet hair. I've read reviews that said the clothes don't get clean. Mine do, you also can't fill it to the top with clothes either, I fill mine about half way with clothes and it's works fine. I did have a little trouble with a heavy king size bedspread so I'll probably take it to a cleaners in the future. But everything else it works fine. You have to use the app to access a Permanent Press cycle which is a minor oversight in my opinion, but at least it is available. It is easy to use and customize cycles to you liking, even have up to 5 extra rinse cycles. This machine is great!

Features Galore: The Deep Fill option ensures all of our clothes get completely soaked, allowing for a deep cleaning. Speaking of speed, the Super Speed Wash doesn't over-promise. For someone who always seems to have a mountain of laundry thanks to our kids, this feature is nothing short of a miracle. Smart & User-friendly: We love the Wi-Fi Connectivity with SmartThings. The Smart Care feature is also handy, as it diagnoses any issues without the immediate need for a service call. Final Thoughts: Transitioning from the LG front-load was a leap of faith, but the Samsung WA54CG7150AW has proved itself worthy in every aspect. The mold issues are a thing of the past, and I genuinely look forward to laundry days now.

I had to get a stool though cause I'm not able to reach all the way to the bottom (I'm 5'4) to get those pesky socks LOL. Love the pet hair collector as it works wonderfully. So very happy with my purchase.

I bought this washer dryer model approximately a month ago and have had no success. I have five cats and no dog in my house. Here is a picture of what my black clothes comes out looking on the pet wash cycle which takes over two hours., my older Kenmore washing machine cleaned much better than us. I am so disappointed... there were hair clumps at the bottom of the machine and barely any hair in the filters it is also too big for me to reach the bottom and with spinal issues extending on a stepstool isn't even doable. I have to have my husband take the load from the washer to the dryer.

The filters inside the drum catch so much debris from clothing -- both gross and amazing. My only complaint is that I wish the finish was scratch resistant because I love this color!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By far the deepest washer I’ve ever had. More than capable of doing a very thick comforter or duvet. I like the fact That it has the pet care solution that I can use. I have a cat that sheds quite well. The color is a darker navy, so it doesn’t really stand out but yet it’s not the normal white or silver It has clean my clothes extraordinarily well and is very easy to use

The washer line leaks and they said they can’t do anything about it. One day after our 2 week window…. Absolutely ridiculous consumer service. No help whatsoever. So I have to turn the hot water on and off and even if I wash the clothes in cold water it throws a code and I have to deal with that for about 30 minutes and try again. Also the dryer will be on regular dry mode and I’ll every time have to go back and turn The machine on time dry so it will actually finish drying because it thinks they are dry on regular mode. Then my clothes are sitting there damp and disgusting. Worst machines I’ve ever used. Also. Can’t save the settings so I change the hot water (I don’t like using hot water) every time I use it.

I like the many different temperature options and the choice of water levels. Filters inside the tub are easy to clean and should help long term efficiency of the unit. The color is lovely and fun.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not buy this washer. Terrible design. We cannot even wash clothes due to constantly out of balance. We have had it maybe a year. I don’t even want to pay to fix it I just will have to break down and replace so I do not have to deal with this anymore
