[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity on, it is very nice love how it has the traps on each side to trap. The hair makes it better clothes look cleaner. It’s a lot quieter than my last one and absolutely love the fact of the phone notification when it’s done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is wonderful. I'm able to wash my king size blankets with ease. It also removed the pet hair and I have 6 dogs. The filters catch the pet hair and I don't have to worry about it clogging up the machine. I can easily clean out the filters and continue to wash my clothes. It's also great that the machine can connect to your phone and notify you when the cycle is done. I love this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can fit my big blankets in it and they for and come out clean ans smelling fresh. Has the options of different cleaning cycles and has a quick wash on there. You can also connect to it. Ii isn't very loud compared to washers I've owned in the past. The vibration seems to be very minimal.

The washer itself works well but be aware that the lid and just beneath the lid are made of plastic that easily scratches. After 6 weeks of use, ours is deeply scratched because of setting our plastic laundry basket on it to load laundry.

Cannot choose your basic settings. Have to choose one of options. Have to Google how to do drain only cycle. Still check back 20 minutes later for 15 minute cycle and there is 30 minutes on timer and water going in! I want to drain! Have to change settings from phone, set up account, etc. Hate this lineup. Also, dryer "smart sensor" either too dry or wet. Let me choose how I want it to dry! Can't simply change temp on refrigerator without going in app. Dumb!

The washer works well, but only on the "normal" cycle, if we use any other cycle the washer is locked and gives an F4 error. This even happened when I put it on "self clean". We have had to unplug the washer and wait for it to unlock many times now. Otherwise it washes nicely and had has a large capacity drum. It's too bad that the only cycle that can be used is the "normal" cycle.

What I love about the washer is the overall capacity, it's cut down the number of loads my family needs to do. But that's where my love for it stops. Got this washer because we have 3 dogs and always have fur on our clothing. The only time it really gets the hair out is when we use the pet function which takes an hour and a half. While the huge capacity is great, the washer can't handle large loads. I tried washing two towels and a mattress cover and apparently the weight is too much for the washer. I tried rearranging the items multiple times and it still couldn't spin the water out! I'm now standing here doing 3 separate spin cycles trying to get enough water out to dry the items (the matching dryer rarely gets our loads dry even when we have it set to the most dry setting)

This washer has continued to ruin our clothing, towels, etc. even after muliple tech visits. We have tried various water levels, spin speeds, detergents and amounts, etc., to no avail. After almost 9 months, a clothjng damage claim with a second coming, Samsung is agreeing to replace or refund.

I bought this washer and dryer in May 2025. One year later and one month, June 2026 we had to have the dryer repaired. Here it is in August 2026 and it's broken again!!!! This appliance is a piece of crap!!!! I will never buy a Samsung appliance again!!!!!
