The filtration Works great . The speed of Cycles is superior to my old washer . I am very satisfied and recommend this product.

Has the options of different cleaning cycles and has a quick wash on there. You can also connect to it. Ii isn't very loud compared to washers I've owned in the past. The vibration seems to be very minimal.

Wife used the washer and dryer today. She was impressed with the petcare option took alot of the dog hair out of the laundry. We like the app connection don't have to listen for the machines to ding when they finish their cycles. Just hope these machines last longer than the last ones. Appliances need to be engineered better to last longer. Can't keep paying out every few years on mew machines. Might have to go back to the old days. Beating the clothes on the rocks.

This dishwasher Is good at catching all the pet hair from all the clothes that you put in the washer I recommend this top load Samsung washer to anybody that has pets. You'll be so happy you chose it .

What I love about the washer is the overall capacity, it's cut down the number of loads my family needs to do. But that's where my love for it stops. Got this washer because we have 3 dogs and always have fur on our clothing. The only time it really gets the hair out is when we use the pet function which takes an hour and a half. While the huge capacity is great, the washer can't handle large loads. I tried washing two towels and a mattress cover and apparently the weight is too much for the washer. I tried rearranging the items multiple times and it still couldn't spin the water out! I'm now standing here doing 3 separate spin cycles trying to get enough water out to dry the items (the matching dryer rarely gets our loads dry even when we have it set to the most dry setting)

I purchased this washer after having my previous Samsung washer for over 10 years with zero issues, so I expected similar reliability. Unfortunately, this has been a huge disappointment—I would give it negative stars if I could. One of the main reasons I chose this model was its large capacity, specifically to wash blankets and comforters. However, it cannot handle them at all. The load becomes unbalanced, and the machine repeatedly fills with water and attempts to spin without success until I manually stop it and redistribute everything. To make matters worse, the lid frequently locks and won’t open, forcing me to reset the washer. Even the self-clean cycle has failed—it throws a 4C error code, fills with water, stops mid-cycle, and locks the door again. I’ve only owned this washer for a little over a year, and I’m already ready to replace it. I would not recommend this product—save your time and money.

Yall make the best phones on the market hands down, maybe just stick to that. Absolute garbage. A washer shouldn't be a smart appliance. It should have a timer, a temp, and an on switch. Nothing more. It shouldn't be able to throw an error code. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Sam's Club. The contracted company RXO failed to properly delegate and Sam's Club failed to enforce that they do it properly. The back and forth calling both companies to explain multiple time that they did not install the washer and dryer because the RXO failed to put it on the work order was EXTREMELY frustration. I called RXO 6-8 times who assured me that they would fix the problem. When they did send a team out they failed to bring all the part that the original team took with them. Returning the washer and dryer were just as equally frustrating. I called the club multiple time and was hung up on. I will be cancelling my membership and never returning after this.
