[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is amazing. I forgot how clothes were supposed to look after washing. The whites are white and the colors are brilliant. The cycles are so quiet. My dogs don't bark any more. My life has improved significantly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a family of 5 with 4 dogs, the large drum is great as it reduces the number of laundry loads we need to do. As the drum is so deep, my wife who's 5'5" does have a little trouble reaching the bottom of the drum. The pet cycle seems to do a great job of removing dog hair from the bedding and clothes.

It has special filters andsettings for pet hair which is fantastic! It's quiet and efficient. I can also tell when it is finished because it is connected to my phone!

While I wish the wash cycle would run faster, it does it's job and I can't complain. Black pants come out clean and furless and those huskies can only stare as their messy work is erased.

Don't buy this washer!!! I have lost all respect for Samsung. Samsung you all know you should be doing a recall on these washer.The spin cycle doesn't work because it's always off balance due to all the clothes ending up on one side because there is no agitator in the middle to keep the clothes evenly distributed. Therefore, the washing cycle never finishes and the clothes are soaked and wet. SAMSUNG STOP APOLOGIZING AND RECALL THESE WASHERS!!! In other words give us our money back. This is so frustrating!!! Unbelievable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is wonderful. I'm able to wash my king size blankets with ease. It also removed the pet hair and I have 6 dogs. The filters catch the pet hair and I don't have to worry about it clogging up the machine. I can easily clean out the filters and continue to wash my clothes. It's also great that the machine can connect to your phone and notify you when the cycle is done. I love this machine.
