The Pet Care feature with screens to catch lent and pet hair is great, the variety of settings, the water dispenser, it’s the total package. It is WiFi enabled and literally sends me a text message through the Smart Things app when the cycle is complete. Bonus: it also connects through the same app to display the message on my Samsung TV!! I beyond highly recommend this washer.

I bought this product about 10 days ago, clothes are basically wet coming out the washer and the dryer is not HOT enough to dry the clothes, had run 3 cycles for nyvtowels to get dry. The two start is inly for presentation as they looks beautiful! Will call the store to find my return options

The washer line leaks and they said they can’t do anything about it. One day after our 2 week window…. Absolutely ridiculous consumer service. No help whatsoever. So I have to turn the hot water on and off and even if I wash the clothes in cold water it throws a code and I have to deal with that for about 30 minutes and try again. Also the dryer will be on regular dry mode and I’ll every time have to go back and turn The machine on time dry so it will actually finish drying because it thinks they are dry on regular mode. Then my clothes are sitting there damp and disgusting. Worst machines I’ve ever used. Also. Can’t save the settings so I change the hot water (I don’t like using hot water) every time I use it.

We didn’t care what the color was as long as it works great and does its job. This washer is the one! It’s a little loud toward the end of the cycle but so far that is the only complaint. Love the size, big enough to wash big blankets for sure. You can also download SmartThings app and get notifications when your cycle is done but I didn’t get that far yet. Lol.

Just bought this washer last night. I have done three loads of laundry clothes bedding and rugs. I absolutely love this washer. We have two dogs and I can tell a difference with our dark color clothes not being covered in dog hair. Someday hopefully I will get the matching dryer.

I can wash so much more at a time with Samsung's 7150 series. I haven't figured all of the features out yet but from what I have used, I've loved. There aren't many videos on YouTube about how it works or how to empty out the filters in the washer but I have read through the manual and it's been very helpful. The washer has a touch screen instead of buttons, which is different from my last one but it works well. The washer is so customizable because you can choose how many times it rinses, the soil level, and deep fill, you can even use the water jet to retreat clothing items that need a little extra care. This feature is really important to me because we unfortunately do not have a sink in our washroom. I believe my favorite feature about this washer so far is the smart care app which allows you to start, stop, and customize your wash experience to get the best wash possible. I have noticed that even with my husky who seems to be shedding like crazy right now, my clothes go in covered in dog hair and come out with little to none on it! It is the best thing ever! We love this washer and look forward to doing laundry now because it's so easy and fun to do. Even the kids want to do laundry, which is crazy, especially coming from our teenager! Purchase washer dryer set Jan 2025. My clothes are never completely dry regardless of the setting I try. Plus I wonder who designed the lint filter as lint easily gets behind and under the filter, which in my opinion could be a fire hazard. Every couple of weeks I use my hand vac to clear out lint. I would recommend this dryer. So far no problems with the washer.

I've never been so dissapointed in a washer! 1st thing I've bought brand new and there is nothing good about it. You can hardly put anything in it and it gets off balance! It has stained my clothes and i cleaned the inside over and over. With no agitator it balls all the clothes up to make it a full time job unknotting everything. So far I haven't found anything good about it! Would love to give it back!
