The clothes did not appear to be as clean as the old washer I had and I am having to use heavy duty/deep fill selections to get the average wash. Lots of bells and whistles with a high price tag but no delivery on the promise. Lots of hype.

We have experienced no major issues, and used most of the wash cycles provided. We've used tear away washer detergent sheets, pods and liquid detergents. We have several dogs, and were attracted to this model based on the petcare systems included. We have been underwhelmed by the performance of that system, in comparison to the extended wash time it requires (nearly 2 hours in both washer and dryer). We have only noticed a small difference on blankets or clothes between that cycle and the quick cycle wash (40-50 minutes). The water usage seems and energy usage seems to be efficient, we've noticed a decent drop in our monthly bills since install. The design is sleek and so far has been resistant to any stains or dents. Installation was easy.

The product was great for about 2 years,. Then it just stopped in mid spin cycle. Wouldn’t drain. Had to call a repair man, I used my house warranty program for my utilities that I pay monthly. As this was out of warranty. Got it repaired. Now it’s been about 3 years, and I ever noticed that it towels were starting to get holes and tears in them didn’t think anything of it. Two days ago, I washed delicate, with 3 garments. I took them out, and started to hang them, noticed that I had two tears on my dress that weren’t there before We checked all the towels, a lot have holes, and tears, we’ve summed it up to the washer. Even though it has no agitator, when it drains the water, it appears to be sucking in clothes, and tearing, shedding abs making holes in our clothing and towels. Has anyone else had this problem? I’m not sure what to do. ? If I can do anything? The washer was not inexpensive and I cannot another. . Maybe be got a lemon?

Purchase washer dryer set Jan 2025. My clothes are never completely dry regardless of the setting I try. Plus I wonder who designed the lint filter as lint easily gets behind and under the filter, which in my opinion could be a fire hazard. Every couple of weeks I use my hand vac to clear out lint. I would recommend this dryer. So far no problems with the washer.

The pet care line was important to me as I wash many loads of laundry per week including the blankets we keep on the furniture due to our dog. I was hesitant with the deep capacity of the washer as I'm only 5'3", yet I've been able to get most of the laundry out without assistance! What took double loads in my previous washers easily fit in the large capacity drum. Give it a try!

Do not buy this washing machine unless you want it to last for only 4 yrs. It has been made with inferior parts that cannot possibly balance a load of laundry. Not only that , your electric and water bill will skyrocket because it keeps adding water to spin again and again to try to balance the load . My last wash took 4 1/2 hrs .
