sucks at catching dog hair for the price of washer

if u getting this for dog hair don't. it doesn't work i have ran it though multiple washer cleaning but still same results and talked with Samsung techs 4 times and they say it user error or keep running washer self clean which doesn't help

Hello Woody, Using the washer's full potential is what we want you to have. Let us help you. We recommend removing pet hair from items and cleaning the pet hair filter before each wash cycle to improve effectiveness and prevent pet hair from remaining in the tub, which could contaminate other items. After completing the wash cycle, there may still be pet hair and foreign matter in the tub. Remove foreign matter with a dry cloth. For instructions, please refer to pages 52-53 of the manual link below. Great features!

Favorite washer!

Great if you have pets

Why doesn't my display work.

I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and the display didn't work. Samsung told me it wa spur of warranty and to buy a new one. I would never buy a Samsung appliance again.
