[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the new Samsung washer and dryer set for a few weeks and I can confidently say, this is by far, the best washer and dryer we have ever owned. We still have a lot to learn since they are capable of so much more than one could ever dream of. The washer comes with 12 pre-set wash cycles and the ability to connect to the Smart Things app allowing additional wash cycles to be sent directly to the machine. The first thing I noticed and absolutely fell in love with, was that I could wash one load in the new washer, which would have taken me three loads in our old washer. The second feature I love is the active water jet feature available to pre-treat laundry. This new washer has a soft closing lid so it doesn't slam and has a self-cleaning mode, too. We have two dogs and I can’t say that this is the first time a washer has been able to fully remove all dog hair from all laundry being washed and dried. I love the Pet Care Wash Cycle that creates dynamic water currents that loosen pet hair and traps it in dual pet hair filters.

My only comments would be it would be nice to auto dispense and the color is a little delicate if you are not careful you can easily scuff the finish. Otherwise well done Samsung.

I loved them and was tempted to take them with me when I moved, but decided to leave them with the old house and buy new. I bought the pet care washer and dryer and they are wonderful! It does a great job of cleaning items and removing pet hair! Very happy with my purchase and the navy blue color is a bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic Washer! So many options and it's beautiful to look at too. On the cycles, we tend to use Colors, Whites and Pet the most. We tend to wash mostly in cold water and the fill is faster than our old machine which saves on cycle time. Speaking of cycles, quite efficient. There is little movement with the washer even with a heavy load and the overall sound is quiet enough not to notice. Our clothing comes out clean and while we haven't had to use the self-clean program yet, it seems pretty straight forward and easy. Overall we are very happy with this washer and look forward to years of this great washing experience. Thanks Samsung...another winner!

We have now done many loads in this washer and I am AMAZED. The capacity is fantastic (huge space) and I like the deep fill and presoak feature to really get clothes soaked and fully washed. My front loader could never clean like this. Highly recommend this product. My work out clothes finally come out clean and fresh. Pet hair catchers in the drum work and I clean them out after every couple of loads. Pet blankets are cleaned and smell good with one wash,

We had a front load for the past 8 years and regretted going that route. Top loads are so much better AND LG is top of the line (IMO). The Pet Care traps (inside the tub) really do capture all the pet fur you don't know is on your clothes!

We found it with the Samsung Pet care appliances. We used to have so much trouble with how much pet hair was staying in our clothes after washing and drying them. With these appliances, we do not have that problem anymore. They work great. They do not make any noise. You do not even hear them when they are on. I love that I can control them from my Samsung phone. These appliances are XL, which is great for our big family. Both washer and dryer have some great features. There's so much that you can do with these appliances, that you probably do not have to take your clothes to the cleaners anymore. I've always had Samsung appliances and I love them. We are so in love with our new appliances. The navy blue color is beautiful. Thank you, Samsung.

The clothes did not appear to be as clean as the old washer I had and I am having to use heavy duty/deep fill selections to get the average wash. Lots of bells and whistles with a high price tag but no delivery on the promise. Lots of hype.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the washer has been good. It doesn’t get clothes quite as non-damp as a front loader but it’s less mildew smell. I definitely recommend max spin when possible for removing as much water as possible. The hair collectors are actually pretty cool and I find it useful if not just for hair but also lint. It’s almost like a pre dryer lint removal collector. The smart features are very handy and convenient if only to let you know when the cycle is complete (but there’s more to it than just that). I’m very happy with the purchase so far.

One standout feature of this machine is that it’s very quiet. It's a game-changer, especially during late-night laundry sessions which is important to me because I’m a bit of a night owl and my old washer would shake so hard that anything I stored on top of the washer would fly off so this is definitely a big upgrade, lol. My default setting is the Quick Wash on a cool water setting. It's perfect for those moments when I need to get a load done in a hurry without using too much energy or water. The speed and efficiency of this setting are so helpful for my busy schedule. The pet hair filter in the washer is pretty great, even if it doesn’t necessarily eliminate every single fur strand, it does a good job of reducing pet hair on clothing and bedding. Lastly, the SmartThings app is a great bonus. I can start or pause a cycle, adjust settings, and even receive notifications when a load is done—all from my smartphone. It adds a level of convenience to laundry chores that I never knew I needed and makes me want to “smart home-ify” the rest of my appliances!
