[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set of Samsung washers and dryer and yes, I still have both sets. I am replacing a whirlpool set that I had serviced once before and same problem returned years later so decided to replace instead of fixing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic Washer! So many options and it's beautiful to look at too. On the cycles, we tend to use Colors, Whites and Pet the most. We tend to wash mostly in cold water and the fill is faster than our old machine which saves on cycle time. Speaking of cycles, quite efficient. There is little movement with the washer even with a heavy load and the overall sound is quiet enough not to notice. Our clothing comes out clean and while we haven't had to use the self-clean program yet, it seems pretty straight forward and easy. Overall we are very happy with this washer and look forward to years of this great washing experience. Thanks Samsung...another winner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are way more negatives than positives so I'll start with the positives. It is very large, big enough to wash pillows and comforters, and I like how you can see through the lid to see your laundry. The clothes seem to come out clean enough. I also like that you can program it to end at a certain time. This lets me start washing it in the middle of the night to take advantage of lower electricity rates. I like how it senses how much water to use. Now, this is where most of the positives end. Prior to this washer, I had one of those good old fashioned washers with an agitator and no electronic control panel. It was still working quite well, and there are a lot of things that it did that this Samsung washer does not. On a side note, I don't really see the point of the laundry soap dispenser as it pretty much just gets washed into the drum immediately. Anyways, this washer will not allow you to add a lot of clothes mid cycle. The machine senses how much water you need, and then fills it accordingly. If after it is filled, you decide you want to add clothes, it will not add more water. Also, I like to use cold water to soak the clothes for hours or even half a day. However, if you pause it to allow it to soak, you can't program it to start back up at a later time. You would have to go and press the button again to get it running. This is not good if you want to run it in the middle of the night for lower electricity rates. In addition, once you pause it, you can only sometimes use the app to start it again. It seems like the smart control button which allows you to use your app times out after awhile. You can definitely use the app to start the cycle from the very beginning, but that is pointless for how I want to use it. In addition, to use the app, the washer needs to be turned on at the washer. Why can't the app turn it on? I do find it neat that you can find out how much electricity you used. However, keep in mind this doesn't take into account the added cost of using warm or hot water. Also, all the different cycles that they show are just different combinations of water temperature and how much you want it to spin. In addition, if after you've filled the washer, you want to change to a different cycle on the dial, it drains all the water and soap and makes you start all over. How wasteful is that? It doesn't let you change water temperature once it starts filling it either without starting all over. I actually prefer my good old washer with manual controls. This washer seems to have so many bells and whistles with different cycles, but it is really all a trick to make it seem fancier than it really is. All in all, it seems to be a decent washer and does the job, but there are many issues with it. Time will tell how reliable it is.

I like the fact That it has the pet care solution that I can use. I have a cat that sheds quite well. The color is a darker navy, so it doesn’t really stand out but yet it’s not the normal white or silver It has clean my clothes extraordinarily well and is very easy to use

Purchase washer dryer set Jan 2025. My clothes are never completely dry regardless of the setting I try. Plus I wonder who designed the lint filter as lint easily gets behind and under the filter, which in my opinion could be a fire hazard. Every couple of weeks I use my hand vac to clear out lint. I would recommend this dryer. So far no problems with the washer.

The clothes did not appear to be as clean as the old washer I had and I am having to use heavy duty/deep fill selections to get the average wash. Lots of bells and whistles with a high price tag but no delivery on the promise. Lots of hype.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing is better than a nice big washer. I absolutely love this Samsung Pet Care Washer because it is huge inside, has a special lint catcher to reduce pet hair and other stuff while washing. I love the feature that allows you to pretreat laundry with the waterjet. You just tap the button on the inside right of the washer and it runs until you press the button again or close the lid. I like the deep fill setting and how you can sync your phone to this washer to let you know when it will be done as well as special wash settings to get the most specific clean for what you are washing at the time. I will say it did take some time to set up but honestly I love it. If they could come out with a feature that didn't require you to scan it every time, that would be even better because I am not sure how well the sticker on the washer with stay without fading. I will probably take a photo of it just in case the heat causes the sticker to peel of, since our laundry room is technically in the warm garage. Another thing would be the lid, because the the washer lid is angled it doesn't open the same as older models, I am not worried about it because it cleans well, but it is kind of tricky if you are filling the detergent compartment without the measuring cup. I love how easy it is to clean out the filter on the washer and that it has so many preset wash settings available on the washer itself. I would definitely recommend this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the new Samsung washer and dryer set for a few weeks and I can confidently say, this is by far, the best washer and dryer we have ever owned. We still have a lot to learn since they are capable of so much more than one could ever dream of. The washer comes with 12 pre-set wash cycles and the ability to connect to the Smart Things app allowing additional wash cycles to be sent directly to the machine. The first thing I noticed and absolutely fell in love with, was that I could wash one load in the new washer, which would have taken me three loads in our old washer. The second feature I love is the active water jet feature available to pre-treat laundry. This new washer has a soft closing lid so it doesn't slam and has a self-cleaning mode, too. We have two dogs and I can’t say that this is the first time a washer has been able to fully remove all dog hair from all laundry being washed and dried. I love the Pet Care Wash Cycle that creates dynamic water currents that loosen pet hair and traps it in dual pet hair filters.

I like the many different temperature options and the choice of water levels. Filters inside the tub are easy to clean and should help long term efficiency of the unit. The color is lovely and fun.
