[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer a few months ago and I can’t imagine how I ever did laundry before. The Pet Care feature with screens to catch lent and pet hair is great, the variety of settings, the water dispenser, it’s the total package. It is WiFi enabled and literally sends me a text message through the Smart Things app when the cycle is complete. Bonus: it also connects through the same app to display the message on my Samsung TV!! I beyond highly recommend this washer.

We have experienced no major issues, and used most of the wash cycles provided. We've used tear away washer detergent sheets, pods and liquid detergents. We have several dogs, and were attracted to this model based on the petcare systems included. We have been underwhelmed by the performance of that system, in comparison to the extended wash time it requires (nearly 2 hours in both washer and dryer). We have only noticed a small difference on blankets or clothes between that cycle and the quick cycle wash (40-50 minutes). The water usage seems and energy usage seems to be efficient, we've noticed a decent drop in our monthly bills since install. The design is sleek and so far has been resistant to any stains or dents. Installation was easy.
