[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are way more negatives than positives so I'll start with the positives. It is very large, big enough to wash pillows and comforters, and I like how you can see through the lid to see your laundry. The clothes seem to come out clean enough. I also like that you can program it to end at a certain time. This lets me start washing it in the middle of the night to take advantage of lower electricity rates. I like how it senses how much water to use. Now, this is where most of the positives end. Prior to this washer, I had one of those good old fashioned washers with an agitator and no electronic control panel. It was still working quite well, and there are a lot of things that it did that this Samsung washer does not. On a side note, I don't really see the point of the laundry soap dispenser as it pretty much just gets washed into the drum immediately. Anyways, this washer will not allow you to add a lot of clothes mid cycle. The machine senses how much water you need, and then fills it accordingly. If after it is filled, you decide you want to add clothes, it will not add more water. Also, I like to use cold water to soak the clothes for hours or even half a day. However, if you pause it to allow it to soak, you can't program it to start back up at a later time. You would have to go and press the button again to get it running. This is not good if you want to run it in the middle of the night for lower electricity rates. In addition, once you pause it, you can only sometimes use the app to start it again. It seems like the smart control button which allows you to use your app times out after awhile. You can definitely use the app to start the cycle from the very beginning, but that is pointless for how I want to use it. In addition, to use the app, the washer needs to be turned on at the washer. Why can't the app turn it on? I do find it neat that you can find out how much electricity you used. However, keep in mind this doesn't take into account the added cost of using warm or hot water. Also, all the different cycles that they show are just different combinations of water temperature and how much you want it to spin. In addition, if after you've filled the washer, you want to change to a different cycle on the dial, it drains all the water and soap and makes you start all over. How wasteful is that? It doesn't let you change water temperature once it starts filling it either without starting all over. I actually prefer my good old washer with manual controls. This washer seems to have so many bells and whistles with different cycles, but it is really all a trick to make it seem fancier than it really is. All in all, it seems to be a decent washer and does the job, but there are many issues with it. Time will tell how reliable it is.

This washing machine is the worst ever! If it is the least bit off balance it will continue to fill up full of water. It doesn't get it right you have to open the lid and adjust the items inside. This happens all the time and it's extremely frustrating. Don't even think of washing a towel with a couple pairs of pants it will knock off the weight and balance. I will never buy a Samsung washing machine again done.

I loved them and was tempted to take them with me when I moved, but decided to leave them with the old house and buy new. I bought the pet care washer and dryer and they are wonderful! It does a great job of cleaning items and removing pet hair! Very happy with my purchase and the navy blue color is a bonus!

I like that you get a notification on your phone when the cycle is complete and if you have a Samsung smart TV it even notifies you on your TV as well. I can really tell the difference of the quality of wash compared to my old washer and it rings out the clothes as well. The integrated water faucet is a great feature. If you need to pre-wash clothes before starting the cycle through the smart homes app you’re able to, make a laundry recipe by indicating what items you will be washing and it gives you a recommended cycle. The only thing I wish is that the washer would’ve Included a manual, I can’t even seem to find it online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this washer! The extra filters really cut down on the pet hair. I've read reviews that said the clothes don't get clean. Mine do, you also can't fill it to the top with clothes either, I fill mine about half way with clothes and it's works fine. I did have a little trouble with a heavy king size bedspread so I'll probably take it to a cleaners in the future. But everything else it works fine. You have to use the app to access a Permanent Press cycle which is a minor oversight in my opinion, but at least it is available. It is easy to use and customize cycles to you liking, even have up to 5 extra rinse cycles. This machine is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's simply a great version. We had to upgrade our set since we were moving and I am glad we did. Love the smart features and large capacity. My only comments would be it would be nice to auto dispense and the color is a little delicate if you are not careful you can easily scuff the finish. Otherwise well done Samsung.

I’ve had my Samsung washer for about 6 months it’s absolutely the worse purchase I’ve ever made. The unbalanced feature makes it difficult to wash bedding and when I do set it to the bedding mode my sheet come out SOAKED! Absolutely awful! Stick to TVs!

I like the many different temperature options and the choice of water levels. Filters inside the tub are easy to clean and should help long term efficiency of the unit. The color is lovely and fun.
