Good for grill out gatherings. I heated it up in a pan, in the microwave and air fryer but the best taste in my option is on the grill. My family likes it but it’s not my personal favorite unless it is grilled on the BBQ pit/grill. Will continue to purchase because it’s a great price and my daughter eats it all the time.

we don't know quite what to say. The order came with the right name but, for the very first time, one item wasn't right. It appears to have been switched with a bike tire inner tube, we did not get the eckrich sausage. and I'm sure the innertube won't ever cook tender enough to serve. lol

These have always been good. If you smoke them with cherry wood and brush on BBQ sauce while smoking they are excellent. Microwaving them still results in good eats, but not as good as smoking. Frying slices up for use in eggs or other things is great too.

Fantastic purchase. The price is extremely reasonable. They are very good sausages. We like them chopped up in pinto bean stew. We like them done in the oven with BBQ sauce. They are delicious done on the outdoor grill with corn cobs as well. For the price, you get a LOT of links. Best deal in town. SSshhh, don't tell them or the price could go up!!!

Echrich is our favorite brand; it's full of flavor. We keep it in our freezer for fast meals. We prepare a variety of meals with it, and all of them are flavorful, quick, and easy to make. We cook it on the stove top in a frying pan, in the oven, slow cooker, or grill it. Add some fresh vegetables like onions and sliced bell peppers, and you have a meal. One of our favorite quick meals is to heat it, wrap it in a flour tortilla, and top it with sauerkraut. We normally purchase the family pack and use it for a variety of meals in a week.

Package was not sealed tight. I went ahead and opened to check it but it was discolored and had a stinky sour smell, had to throw it away. Rest of order was good. The low rating is because the person gathering my order did not pay attention. If meat is not tightly sealed they should check it out.

I purchase then break the package up to make more than one meal. Yes I have a food saver. We use Eckrich sausage so many ways, from just grilling it, steaming it in potatoes, cabbage n sausage to making Jambalaya. Very versatile quality meat at a decent price.

I love this large package. I can buy one package and it will provide us with 4 meals. I make a Portuguese Soup with it and I freeze what is left for another day. The sausage is always fresh and tasty. And this is something that is versatile, you can grill it, fry it. bake it, slice it long ways or slices you would slice a cucumber. Since you are basically heating it up it is quick and easy to prepare. I can put on a pot of rice, cook some smoked sausage and cook a fresh vegetable in less than 30 minutes. And kids love it.
