These are the best smoked sausage I love them, you can make so many different variations of meals with noodles or rice, can grill with veggies make kebabs.

I like to put the whole roped sausage on the grill. The package I received had three ropes of sausage. Taste like the old fashioned sausage from back in the day. Will buy again.

I'm not a big fan of Sausages. So much salt it tastes bad. However, I like the flavor of Eckrich products. I cut these lengths apart, then cut each length into four pieces, remove the casing and put them in a freezer bag. So I get several packs from one of the family packs. And they keep well, in the freezer. When I am ready to use a pack I actually boil the four pieces from five to 15 minutes depending on how the water looks - to get excess salt and fat out. The water gets cloud and very salty, so clearly the process works. Then I put them in the microwave to get the waterlogging out which also gets rid of any remaining fat. The taste is good and adds flavor to a rice, noodle, or potato dish, also works as a pizza topping, in soup, a salad.

These are some great tasting sausages. I normally buy a different brand but I ate some at a friend’s brunch and decided to get some. I’m glad that I did. These are delicious on the grill or in the air fryer. The flavor compared to those in the box is so much better. These are not salty tasting.

These are so good love the flavor I use this in red beans and rice cut up with some cabbage in the air fryer on a piece of bread there's so much you can do with these literally one of my favorite things to buy so versatile great quality with a great price ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Has good smoke flavor and a nice snap from the natural casing. The interior texture is a bit pasty rather than coarse, but for the price, it’s a very economical option for quick skillet meals or adding to beans and rice. Hard to beat the value.

Love buying the Eckrich in bulk to make homemade sausage rolls! Try it with Rhodes dinner roll dough. Thaw dough, roll them up and toss them in the oven! You can also add cheese and jalapeño to jazz it up even more. Cooking instructions are the same as the rolls. You can thank me later!

The family packs of the Eckrich smoked sausage was a good idea on their part. My family loves it every time I cook this and I like only having one pack to open instead of two. Plus it cuts down on the amount of waste I'm having to trash with only one packaging.
