It works for most recipes and a quick grill, etc. Reasonably priced but not the flavor intensity of more expensive choices.

I purchased this today for father day and when I got it out to use it it was green . I already through it was not happy . I buy this brand all the time .

The uses are many from thin slices on crackers, to sliced at one half inch or so slow cooked in your favorite BBQ sauce. Or cook several ways for your breakfast...

Why has Eckrich stopped making the larger diameter all beef sausage? The favor of the all pork is great but the casing is too tough for young eaters to fully enjoy.

I've been buying this brand of smoked sausage for years, it's my favorite because it's constantly great. The price has gone up like on everything but that just means slicing a little thinner and adding extra love.

We love these sausages because theyre skinless and many pther brands the skin makes them get so tough which makes them unpleasant to eat.

Affordable and tastes good, can use for lots of things like casseroles, jambalaya, whatever you can think of. We love using it for cooking different things. We love the casing on it but you can also take it off, however you prefer.

Hard to beat the price. So many ways to use this sausage. Nice smoke flavor but could be kicked up a few notches. Great on the grill and then diced for dirty rice or gumbo or French loaf with sautéed onions and bell peppers.

I would recommend this sausage, it tastes great! The only thing is, for me, the skin or casing on them is very tuff so I peel the casing off before cooking.

I try to always keep this smoked sausage on hand when I can. Delicious. Quick meal if not wanting to do any major cooking. It’s great on its own, in other dishes, as a sandwich, etc. versatile and always tastes great.
