Great value for the price

I've felt this supplement is ood.

This magnesium is wonderful. I have tried other brands, and they have given me heartburn. The natures bounty doesn’t.

A highly absorbable form that isn't as hard on the guy as mag citrate. Works wonderful to keep me regular. I take it nightly.

Sam's Club sells quality and name brand vitamins at lower prices. This was even on sale for a further discount.

Happy with the strength and effectiveness but having a hard time with the size of these horse pills!

I switched from a multi sourced magnesium supplement to Magnesium Glycinate after reading that this type of magnesium helps with menopause symptoms. I am in year NINE of symptoms so I am giving it a whirl.

This has really helped me sleep better and I am less restless during the night. It was recommended to me for sleep. My friend started taking it and she is also sleeping much better.

I take a few of these an hour before bedtime. They help my mind wind down, and my muscles relax. I don't experience bloating or gas like with some other forms of magnesium.
