From what I understand the Glycinate added helps decrease blood sugar and blood pressure levels, ease symptoms of anxiety, and improve sleep quality

This is one supplement that I won’t go without. Leg cramps were a nightly spasms of pain for me, these supplements have stopped the nightly cramps.

I have been dealing with leg cramps. Since I have been taking this magnesium supplement, I have had not problems.
