We have been taking these Magnesium capsules at night for several weeks now. We have noticed a huge difference in the quality of our sleep. It is easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. We no longer have restless legs. After a workout our muscles are not sore for as long. The hip pain I was having is not as prominent.

I really like that there was safe ingredients in it. That was very important to me the lid for the storage of the Medication, I am glad that it was not a child safety lid because I struggle with my arthritis trying to open those so I really like that. It took about 12 days for me to see how effective that this product worked, and I was very surprised at how well that it helped me.

Option for RESTLESS LEG Syndrome!! Worked for me. 2 capsules (240mg) each day (can up it to 3 capsules if needed (360mg) and literally shocked that within a week a significant relief of symptoms!! Been dealing with RLS for over 25 years!! Worth a try! Minimal risk other than the $16 cost. Lol.

The good news is that there’s no taste to it. The downside is the format itself, I would prefer more of smaller capsules, or even a different format altogether. Two a day is the suggested dose. I usually take them at night, at dinner, to help relax at the end of the day. The bottle is compact and has a flip top (instead of a twist cap) that makes it easy and convenient to get the product out. Despite being easy to get the product out, the bottle design does a good job at keeping everything fresh inside.

I like the natural ingredients and that I can actually read and understand the ingredients. It's a great whole body supplement, I just am not a fan of the huge capsules, they're hard for me to take .

I specialize like glycinate because it’s easier on my stomach and I haven’t had any discomfort. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any weird taste. I usually take it in the evening and it definitely helps me relax and wind down for bed. I also noticed less muscle tension on the days that I work out. Over all it makes me feel more calm and balance.

Although the capsules are a little on the large size, the 2 capsules dose is easy to swallow. Magnesium is best taken at night, yet this product does recommend taking with a meal. I recommend taking with your dinner/supper instead of eating something with the pills under 3 hours before bed to avoid reflux issues. With food , there is not a burn up taste, but without food, you may experience an off putting dusty taste in your burbs. It does help with relaxation and reduces muscles spasms.

I take two pills a day with water or juice. It helps with my muscle tightness and my body feels relaxed. The bottle was easy to open and the capsules are easy to take.
