I take 2 Nature's Bounty Magnesium Glycinate capsules nightly. They are suggested to help you relax and sleep better. Glycinate is the preferred magnesium for doing these things.

Call me crazy, but three of three people got horrifically pungent gas after starting these. We stopped them and the flatulence stopped. Upon resumption, So do the smell. I didn’t believe it until we stopped and restarted these. None of us have had this with prior vitamins. Wierd.
