When I was having leg cramps, my doctor recommended magnesium. I researched the different forms of magnesium and found that magnesium glycinate was the easiest form to be absorbed by the body. It does seem to help the frequency of leg cramps for me.

I was so happy when I found this product at Sam’s Club as it is hard to find Magnesium Glycinate on its own. I only hope that they will continue to have this product in the future. I find that it helps me relax and get better sleep. So many people are low in magnesium. I would highly recommend this product.
