I’ve been using Nature’s Bounty Magnesium Glycinate, daily, for the last 3 years. It was suggested by my doctor to prevent sporadic cramped/restless legs during the night and within 2 weeks this problem abated. I’ve kept taking them to keep the issues at bay, but also noticed my quality of sleep is a much higher quality while taking - which is also a lovely health benefit. Always talk with your doctor about appropriate dosage for yourself, and I do recommend this product as it has a neutral taste/texture, barely there, and high quality ingredients. Packaging is also easy for those who may have trouble with lids as the flip top cap and wide opening allow for easy access.

This magnesium is wonderful. I have tried other brands, and they have given me heartburn. The natures bounty doesn’t.

A highly absorbable form that isn't as hard on the guy as mag citrate. Works wonderful to keep me regular. I take it nightly.

I switched from a multi sourced magnesium supplement to Magnesium Glycinate after reading that this type of magnesium helps with menopause symptoms. I am in year NINE of symptoms so I am giving it a whirl.

The Magnesium Glycinate was delivered with only a shipping label on the bottle.. Not in a bag. Not in a box and my name was not on it at all. Is this how Sam’s is going to start delivering merchandise?
