High absorption is such a plus in my opinion and it contains 240mg per 2 capsules. It is supposed to help with muscle relaxation, nerve and heart health. So far, so good. I feel like it is making a difference for me. I have been taking it for several weeks now to make sure I have a good handle on any changes I may have.
