[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t had this product for more then a few days so I can’t review its longevity but for the couple days I have taken it I feel great not sure if it’s just placebo effects but definitely no side effects to taking it. The pills are quite large for my liking and usually I stick to meds that are liquid or small but they are ok.

It doesn’t have a taste and the capsules are easy to swallow. I feel at ease knowing I’m helping my body get the bone, heart and nerve protection it needs. They are good, however, the capsules are large and it is difficult for me to take them. The packaging is practical.
