I 5ried drinking different things to help but nothing would. I tried having something to eat before also and still was weird tasting. Great price point and company.

I personally don’t feel different but I love that it helps support muscle relaxation (which I do feel more relaxed come to think of it) and Bone, Heart and Nerve health. Any vitamins I can take to help my body, sign me up!

I was trying to take for a full 30 days prior to reviewing but Influenster is harassing me so here we are. Capsules go down smoothly. They have no taste and I am happy they are gluten free. I can’t speak to the effectiveness as it’s too soon to tell. Good value in theory

These are easy to swallow, no after taste or smell. They do not disrupt my stomach if taken with food. Reliable brand with good ingredients.
