I was trying to take for a full 30 days prior to reviewing but Influenster is harassing me so here we are. Capsules go down smoothly. They have no taste and I am happy they are gluten free. I can’t speak to the effectiveness as it’s too soon to tell. Good value in theory

Nature’s Bounty is a top notch supplement company and I choose them for a lot of things like vitamin c and vitamin d! I personally take mine before bed and have no issues with this magnesium.

I 5ried drinking different things to help but nothing would. I tried having something to eat before also and still was weird tasting. Great price point and company.

I like the size of the pill as it’s easy to swallow and there is no taste so it’s easy to take daily. I think these are a god value for what you get.

These supplements are very convenient and easy to swallow, the supplements are capsulated which I prefer. There is 60 capsules in a bottle so this will last me about a month. I am happy that this supplement supports so much in my body including but not limited to muscle relaxation, heart health, bone health, and nerve health. Lately I’ve been struggling with tense muscles and I have been feeling much more relaxed with these supplements especially in bed.
