i have only had robot for month, have had trouble with robot not charging because it doesn't go on charger all the way i have had to manually put it on charger for it to charge . sometimes it doesnt clean every room .

The battery life isn't great. It doesn't go under the couch like I had hopped for and it loses internet signal a lot. When it works it seem to do ok but to many issues to keep it running

Loud

Extremely loud!! Could not watch TV while running . Seems to work well otherwise . Shame I would have kept if it wasn't so loud. When it docks and empties its dust pan it is even louder !!

Wouldn't Dock Properly and Never Charged

Mine wouldn't charge after docking, and I had to pick it up to get it aligned properly on the charger everyday. The app also would never load properly, so I could never set up a schedule even if I wanted to...

Buy an older model, they work better and last...

I purchased this in December 2024. The robot kept getting stuck under my furniture, which is odd since it is supposed to go around items. It sucked up toys, clothes and other items that caused it to fail instead of going around those items as advertised. The matrix clean takes 7 hours and requires multiple recharging in my home (2400 sf). The side brush keeps falling off and I have to keep attaching it. The other day it fell into the dogs water bowl at the bottom of the stairs (1 step down that it usually avoids) and now doesn't work at all, just sends an error message that it is on a cliff, even when on the base. This is not the same Shark I purchased years ago. New features, but works half as well.

We bought the Shark Matrix to replace our first Shark after a solid 5 years of service. Three dogs worth of dog hair everyday is a lot to keep up with and this bad boy nails it every time! We initially purchased a different brand, but after the first use and constantly having to free that vaccum from our rugs, we were reminded why we love Shark so much! I haven’t had to free the Matrix from a single rug yet and my floors are much cleaner! If you're in the market, this is well worth it!
