Best Robot Vacuum for the money!!

This is my first robot vacuum I ever owned, I did a lot of research on all the models. This is the best robot vacuum for the money that was spent. I bought it on sale and added a extended 3 year warranty, figured might as well. I been running this vacuum for 3 times a week for the last 4 months, nothing but great results. I did however have to remap my house, someone left a closed door open, so I think the robot got a little mixed up. It's best to close the doors you don't want the robot in and let it map the house. We bought this mostly for all the animals fur in the house, we have two cats and a Border Collie dog. I was amazed to see how much dirt & fur it picked up on the first time we ran it. I have it on a set schedule now, so I don't have to worry about it. Highly recommended for high traffic areas or animals owners, best 300 bucks I spent in a long time.

Bought this after our 7 yr old Roomba died. This Shark has so much more technology. It maps the house, starts on a schedule, vacuums, returns to empty the bin, goes back out to vacuum some more until the battery dies. Then, later in the day when the battery is recharged it goes out again and finishes the rest of the house!

This vacuum is wonderful. My old one had trouble connecting and staying connected to my app, but this one does great so far. It cleans very well and i don't have to empty it daily anymore. I have 2 dogs and a cat, and this is a life saver.

Best decision

Best decision I've made this year. Takes a while to recharge but I'm getting used to that. I clean the dustbin, filters and main "hopper" after every mission 'cause that's just me (I figure it will clean better when it starts out clean). Plus, I'm retired so what else do I have to do?

Good for Daily Maintenance

Mapped the house really well. Battery doesn’t last as long as advertised. The suction power isn’t great. It does a fairly good job collecting pet hair and some loose sand. I run it daily for maintenance, but don’t plan on replacing my Rainbow with this little friend.

Extremely loud

Even though it only uses 1 brush to vacuum, It vacuums really good. HOWEVER, it is extremely loud as well as extremely loud like a jet engine when self emptying. I was told this is normal to be loud when vacuuming. I disagree with that customer service response. I thought I would give this brand a try because of the good price and my other 1 finally gave out. There is also an unexplained clicking noise. Would I buy this again ? No. Is it worth the hassle of cleaning it back and sending it back? Not with my schedule, I will just use it when I'm at work.

I returned it.

Probably works great but the vacuum itself is too thick to get under my sofas. I have a weird off brand one that is slim and fits under the furniture to pick up all the dust and dog hair. I wanted to treat myself to this brand because I have an upright by shark that works great, but I took this out of the box and saw that round tower on the top of the vacuum and knew it wouldn't fit under the furniture. I double checked and it was a no go so back into the box it went.

No wrap ineffective

I bought the vacuum with the 60 day dock. Constantly have to take apart to clean the “no wrap” brush roll. I run it at max cleaning level and still leaves debris on floor. In all fairness I have golden retrievers who produce a lot of hair, but my old vac did a much better job. Only improvement is the navigation

Didn’t clean well and app wasn’t working properly. Contacted Shark and they said we needed to update the machine and app. Said it would take 48 hours - really? Waited more than 48 hours and nothing updated. Contacted Shark again and they said it was 48 business hours which is totally unacceptable. Even after more than 48 business still nothing updated. Returning this product.
