Great vacuum! I wanted an "automatic" style vacuum and read many reviews in the process then decided on this vacuum. It does a great job and it's really amazing to see how much stuff it picks up each time it runs. Set up was super easy too! I highly recommend this if you are looking at other options.

I am constantly fighting dog hair and this product is wonderful! I love how it maps out your home so that you can send it to a specific room. The app allows easy communication and updates. The daily scheduling option and automatic emptying station are a true bonus. I would highly recommend this product.

Got this vacuum home and connected to my WiFi. Worked great for a week and started losing WiFi connection every day. It still ran its programed cleaning schedule but kept losing WiFi connection. It didn’t take long to reconnect, but wasn’t worth it. I took it back to the Sam’s club where I purchased it and switched for same model. It has runs flawlessly and it’s amazing how clean it keeps the floors.

Best decision I've made this year. Takes a while to recharge but I'm getting used to that. I clean the dustbin, filters and main "hopper" after every mission 'cause that's just me (I figure it will clean better when it starts out clean). Plus, I'm retired so what else do I have to do?

I was hoping that this robot was everything I was looking for but unfortunately it’s not. It misses areas, leaves debris behind, and does not come back, it’s loud. Overall not too bad but for sure it could be better. I guess you get what you pay for.

Does a great job cleaning. It does clean for a loooong time. It runs out of charge and goes to empty and recharge and then resumes. We worry our border collie will herd it ( she’s done it before with other models) if it resumes and we are gone to run an errand. You can set a “do not disturb” if your going to be gone and the dog is unsupervised. Probably not an issue with other dog breeds ; ) It lost its wi-fi connection and the shark help People got us back online. Although it did take 45 minutes and re-booting, app removal and re-install. So far it’s been great. Long hair needs to be removed frequently even if the bin isn’t full. The hair makes the brush get stuck.

Mapped the house really well. Battery doesn’t last as long as advertised. The suction power isn’t great. It does a fairly good job collecting pet hair and some loose sand. I run it daily for maintenance, but don’t plan on replacing my Rainbow with this little friend.

Even though it only uses 1 brush to vacuum, It vacuums really good. HOWEVER, it is extremely loud as well as extremely loud like a jet engine when self emptying. I was told this is normal to be loud when vacuuming. I disagree with that customer service response. I thought I would give this brand a try because of the good price and my other 1 finally gave out. There is also an unexplained clicking noise. Would I buy this again ? No. Is it worth the hassle of cleaning it back and sending it back? Not with my schedule, I will just use it when I'm at work.

I had an older little model and it quit so I tried this one. Never got it to work with all the wifi issues that wouldn't work. I wanted a simple on and off robot cleaner not a lunar landing.

Probably works great but the vacuum itself is too thick to get under my sofas. I have a weird off brand one that is slim and fits under the furniture to pick up all the dust and dog hair. I wanted to treat myself to this brand because I have an upright by shark that works great, but I took this out of the box and saw that round tower on the top of the vacuum and knew it wouldn't fit under the furniture. I double checked and it was a no go so back into the box it went.
