Works very well on the carpet. Excellent value for the price.

So easy to setup and use. With my new (shedding) dog, Bob comes out every day at Noon and sweeps the whole house for me. It eliminates almost all of the visible dirt so that I don't feel that I need to sweet twice a day anymore.

Mine wouldn't charge after docking, and I had to pick it up to get it aligned properly on the charger everyday. The app also would never load properly, so I could never set up a schedule even if I wanted to...

We are on our second one and both have been complete failures. This second one is a replacement after the first one stopped working. Now this one does the exact same thing as the first. Both started out great and then we noticed they were only cleaning for a few minutes daily. When working properly, they would run for about an hour. I reset number 2 to factory settings and went back through the setup process. Now when it maps my house it drives around one room for two or three minutes and then returns to dock and claims to be finished. Sams Club said I cant return this one. It will go in the trash immediately, and this will be the last Shark vacuum I purchase. If Sams isn't going to stand by their products, it might be time to shop elsewhere. Don't waste your money on this junk product.

I purchased this to replace a Shark Robot that I had for about 5 years. It was so good, I figured any Shark would be similar. I was wrong. This robot never started at the scheduled time, and then would run for about 30 minutes, dock and then run again 3 hours later. It didn't clean even remotely as good as my other one, I still had little bits of crumbs on the floor. The little brush kept coming off and I would have to look around the house to try to locate it. I think it finally got lost under one of the beds. I wish I could have my old vacuum back!!

I tried this vaccuum twice, hoping the first was just a bad one. But nope, returning this one too. It did great for about 2 weeks, now when I tell it to clean, it just undocks, spins around a few times and docks again, saying task complete, no matter what room I tell it to clean. I've checked everything, nothing is stuck or broken. Do not recommend.

Love everything about it except the mapping. We mapped it three times to not go in our laundry room but unless we put a barrier up it goes in. Then gets stuck because its a big step down and can’t get back up. So we have to remember to put barrier up before we leave the house. Otherwise it is great.

Great little vacuum. Works as advertised.
