We’re pleased to hear the Matrix robot is cleaning well, and we apologize for the inconvenience you’ve had when using it in a split‑level home. The unit can be moved between different levels; however, it can only store one map at a time in the app. When you place it on another floor, you’ll need to delete the existing map and allow it to remap the new area. This is required for it to clean multiple stories, though it isn’t able to save more than one floor layout.
