I wasn’t expecting much but with 3 -70lb Border Collies, who shed year round, I was ready to try the Shark. I’m pleasantly surprised, did a great job on our wood and tile floors. A real plus is that the Shark also works on our short pile area rugs!

Dustimus Prime

For the price we bought two. Our living areas are split a little so it made sense two have two separate. Even gave them funny name Kelly Sharkson and Dustimus Prime. Setup is easy. The first pass it maps out the layout then the second time out it shows off. Like clean lines when you mow the lawn! Interested to learn battery life yet and replacement parts/filters but so far so good for the value. This is not a vacuum replacement, it's a “daily” tender to everyday life.

DOA

I was excited to get a new vacuum and Shark is a pretty reputable company. I figure I would jump on this. Got home, set it up. Nothing. It powers on but doesn't do anything. Doesn't clean when you press the clean button and doesn't dock when pressing the dock button. Keeps throwing a lidar error. Spoke with Shark's customer service and went through all the troubling shoot steps. Still a no go and they advise me to return the unit.

Worth it!

We were hesitant at first to get this and had some issues with the WIFI but after moving the dock closer to our router and working with customer service, it's been great! We use it for maintenance between cleaning since we have pets.

Gets stuck too often

After a few weeks I decided to return it. It did a decent job cleaning and navigating under tables and chairs but kept getting stuck on rugs, cords, blankets, and other things.

i have only had robot for month, have had trouble with robot not charging because it doesn't go on charger all the way i have had to manually put it on charger for it to charge . sometimes it doesnt clean every room .
