I love this vac! It works so much better than the Roomba I had previous to it. It cleans better and doesn’t get stuck all the time!

I wasn’t expecting much but with 3 -70lb Border Collies, who shed year round, I was ready to try the Shark. I’m pleasantly surprised, did a great job on our wood and tile floors. A real plus is that the Shark also works on our short pile area rugs!

i have only had robot for month, have had trouble with robot not charging because it doesn't go on charger all the way i have had to manually put it on charger for it to charge . sometimes it doesnt clean every room .

Gave this as Christmas present. They have a dog that sheds and this has been the perfect answer. They are so pleased with it. It has helped them with animal hair

Worked for 4 months and now can’t get it to do anything. Tried all the online support, but nothing has fixed my problem. Shark makes it very hard to contact a live person about a problem

I’ve had three different brands and Shark is the best hands down. I have a shag rug the others wouldn’t go onto but this one cleans like a champ. Very impressed!

We bought the Shark Matrix to replace our first Shark after a solid 5 years of service. Three dogs worth of dog hair everyday is a lot to keep up with and this bad boy nails it every time! We initially purchased a different brand, but after the first use and constantly having to free that vaccum from our rugs, we were reminded why we love Shark so much! I haven’t had to free the Matrix from a single rug yet and my floors are much cleaner! If you're in the market, this is well worth it!
