Waste of time and money
Have had for 4 months and problems have just gotten worse. It does a great job of vacuuming if you can get it to actually go where you need it to. I have deleted multiple maps and remapped, reset to factory settings twice and now it won't even move over a few feet from the base to map and goes back to dock. Last time it did actually map, it would not follow it. You can tell it to clean the kitchen and it would go to bathroom instead. Tell it to return to dock and it would get lost trying to find it. Very noisy too.

Must buy!
THIS IS A MUST BUY!! Coming from a prior Roomba household, this robot vacuum has been an incredible addition to our home. Our prior Roomba, perhaps due to aging, was very loud and had minimal capacity for waste/debris. Didn't always function on scheduled time frames. Often ran out of battery too early. All of these concerns have been corrected and more with this shark matrix robot vacuum. Added bonus is it cleans just as well on hard floors as it does on carpet and transitions easily between the two. Highly recommend!
Just okay
The suction is strong and it does a decent job covering most of the area. However, I didn't realize how much of a difference a sweeping arm makes. This vacuum struggles to clean along the walls and in the corners. It's also quite loud and makes a noticeable ticking sound while running. If I hadn't already thrown the box away, I would probably return it.

Kept having trouble
We kept having error messages about the brush roll being stuck even though it had been cleaned and serviced. Returned the item and exchanged it for a new one. The new one would not stay on the wifi in the house and the buttons on top of the robot would not work.

not smart robot
This robot misses rooms, whole areas, and literally gets lost constantly. The first 4 months he did awesome and then somehow he got a permanent brain damage. My basement robot is a refurbished earlier model and he has not had any issues. This model isn't worth the money.

Can only map one level, very disappointing
Seems to clean fine, but there are a couple of negatives.. Our home is split level with 3 different levels. This robot will only store one level in the app. If I had know this, I would not have purchased. To store maps for all levels of my home, I would need 3 of these Robots. Battery life is shorter than expected and it's a bit on the noisy side. If you plaln to use this robot on more than one level, don't buy it.

The unit can be moved between different levels; however, it can only store one map at a time in the app. When you place it on another floor, you’ll need to delete the existing map and allow it to remap the new area. This is required for it to clean multiple stories, though it isn’t able to save more than one floor layout. Mediocre at best
Works, but will not connect to WiFi to be controlled by app. We have to manually press the clean button for it to operate. Support basically said reboot phone, router, and vacuum, and that was the only answer. Returning to try a bobsweep. Maybe it will be better.

No wrap ineffective
I bought the vacuum with the 60 day dock. Constantly have to take apart to clean the “no wrap” brush roll. I run it at max cleaning level and still leaves debris on floor. In all fairness I have golden retrievers who produce a lot of hair, but my old vac did a much better job. Only improvement is the navigation
