Here's a review you could use: I just bought this Shark robot vacuum, and within a few uses, it started making a loud clicking noise. I'm not sure if something is broken, but it’s concerning enough that I’ll be returning it. Disappointed, as I expected better quality.

We have three dogs, which means a lot of dog hair. In the past, we've tried other brands of robot vacuums. While they did okay, it seemed like as much work to prep and clean up after them as it did to do the job ourselves. Also, they would get stuck, fall down the stairs, damage our floor because they were stuck, suck up objects they weren't supposed to, etc (depending on which vacuum it was). Not the Shark! This thing makes a map of the area and goes to work. I've watched it sense a chord that was in the way, go around it, and keep on vacuuming. It's smart and gets the job done. If it runs out of batteries, it goes home, recharges, and finishes the job. Plus, it empties itself, so the follow-up work is minimal. Its perfect for regular cleaning to keep your house in good shape.

I love this vac! It works so much better than the Roomba I had previous to it. It cleans better and doesn’t get stuck all the time!

Very LOUD!! It also makes a clicking sound the entire time. It even runs into its own dock? After first try, I want to return it.

it worked good when it ran, but it got a dust bin error that wouldn't clear. It barely cleaned the house once before this issue began.

But it is a gift for my daughter. She has a big hairy dog. This vacuum even picks up his hair. We are amazed!
