I absolutely LOVE this product. However, it worked perfectly for 2+ weeks, then it went off line. After getting it back online, it only cleaned 1/2 of the house instead of the full run. The time after that, it was back to perfect. I'm hoping it was a fluke, but I'll feel more confident after another few weeks of perfect operation.

I was hoping that this robot was everything I was looking for but unfortunately it’s not. It misses areas, leaves debris behind, and does not come back, it’s loud. Overall not too bad but for sure it could be better. I guess you get what you pay for.

Shark elf emptying robot

Does a great job cleaning. It does clean for a loooong time. It runs out of charge and goes to empty and recharge and then resumes. We worry our border collie will herd it ( she’s done it before with other models) if it resumes and we are gone to run an errand. You can set a “do not disturb” if your going to be gone and the dog is unsupervised. Probably not an issue with other dog breeds ; ) It lost its wi-fi connection and the shark help People got us back online. Although it did take 45 minutes and re-booting, app removal and re-install. So far it’s been great. Long hair needs to be removed frequently even if the bin isn’t full. The hair makes the brush get stuck.

It does exactly what we purchased it to do. Works fine. I do not want to connect everything to the control of others, so it's not connected to my WIFI. i have not used the mopping function yet, so I will not give it five stars because I do not know that all the features work as they were promoted.

Didn’t clean well and app wasn’t working properly. Contacted Shark and they said we needed to update the machine and app. Said it would take 48 hours - really? Waited more than 48 hours and nothing updated. Contacted Shark again and they said it was 48 business hours which is totally unacceptable. Even after more than 48 business still nothing updated. Returning this product.

If you have another robot, the two systems may get confused with set up and run cycles. I have an older model Matrix with two “side brushes” that is not nearly as noisy as this new model.
