Another great Shark product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Shark robot and they just keep getting better. I set up this Shark Matrix in my downstairs where we have most of our living area -- kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, guest bathroom. It mapped all of the rooms without any issues and our floor plan is not straight forward -- it's got a lot of complex turns. The map was made very accurately and we were using it within a few hours. I love the self emptying container. It's easy to remove and empty. The vacuum does a good job picking up dirty and hair. It never gets stuck or lost. I look forward to using this Shark for a long time!

Love the Matrix Capability!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Matrix is a huge upgrade from previous models. The vacuum really does not miss a spot now since it takes overlapping horizontal and vertical paths. It is also much quieter and doesnt need to bump into anything to figure out if there is something in the way it needs to go around. The self emptying feature is also a game changer. It is extremely loud, but briefly. Love not having to empty the container on the vacuum as often.

It helped buuuut, no thanks :)

It would help sometimes, but you had to pick up quite a bit before activating it, else it'll get stuck multiple times. It's kind of loud, especially when it vacuums the robot. I'll probably get a decent hand held instead.

Really cool

Read other reviews and was shocked. I found it super easy compared to others I have had. Does a great job cleaning up after 3 dogs. I have to disagree it is great.
