I was able to schedule the time that it cleans so that it works while we are not home. The system also allows you to have it clean my entire downstairs or I can have it do certain areas of my home more frequently. It was so easy to set up and I love that it didn't try to eat the rugs in my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to set up and install the app. The first time I used this, I was amazed at how much dirt it picked up! (and maybe a little embarassed) It doesn't bother my little miniature dachshund dogs like the other vacuum does. They just sit and watch it go by, however, if they don't move it will bump into them. It was easy to setup a schedule and it works perfectly. I also used the spot clean function for an area rug and that worked well also. I did notice that the chairs under my kitchen table need to be pushed in straight or the robot bumps around quite a bit. And, I was also amazed that it went right over my bathroom rugs without getting stuck (Yay!). I can't even vacuum those with the regular vacuum cleaner without them getting stuck under the rollers. I am so impressed with this robotic vacuum cleaner, not only with the way it cleans but that it saves me time. I highly recommend!

It is quiet and it does not take a bunch of bags and part replacement like other leading brands. I really love that the bin it empties into does not require a bag. Just empty the bin and clean the filter, that is it! In addition, it cleans really well. Although, it does not care for thicker carpet. The app is easy to use too. Overall, I am very pleased with the Shark Matrix.

As times are changing as well as appliances I must say this is just amazing. It is made so durable and the quality is fantastic not to mention the size and style. It has many wonderful functions which makes life much easier on your daily chores. The Shark Robot can vacuum both carpets and floors no matter if you have rugs,wooden floors or tiles it will clean all. What I love most is that I can actually program a home clean up while on am at work or out for the day through either Alexa or Google. Another function which is also great is that you are able to set your Robot Vacuum to actually target specific areas such as kitchens and bathrooms which, is used more frequently than other rooms. I definitely recommend this robot vacuum, you will be happy. I love it!

It does an excellent job cleaning carpets (suction is powerful) and all types of flooring. The app is easy to use, it is great to have the ability to set so some no go areas. The robot is never lost or stuck and it is quiet! The self empty function is amazing as well. I strongly recommend this amazing Shark Matric robot vaccuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently owned another leading robot vacuum brand and recently replaced it with this Shark robot vacuum. The Shark robot vacuum is everything my last robot vacuum was not! The first thing that stood out to me is that the self-emptying canister is bagless! When it empties it is much quieter than the one from the other big name robot vacuum it replaced! It has a great feature that I use often called Spot Mode where it makes multiple passes over a 5x5 foot area. I use this feature in my small laundry room and anytime my kids spill crumbs on the floor. It’s targeted room cleaning and scheduling is convenient and functionality works well. I have no negatives and in the month or so I have had this vacuum, it has exceeded my expectations! I only want Shark vacuums going forward.

Physical setup was simple thanks to everything pretty much being ready to go out of the box and the first run process was well guided in the app. I like the ability to set and edit no go zones for those areas that shouldn't be touched rather than having to block them off. Performance wise it does a good job of cleaning, and is quite quiet, especially compared to a traditional vacuum. I like the scheduling and spot clean features as they provide an extra level of flexibility and convenience. The self-emptying function is a great addition in this model, both for not needing to empty the dirt as often and not needing to empty the robot itself (the base has a removable disposal box). I'd definitely recommend and get it again.

The Shark matrix is sleek in design and easy to get started. It cleans hardwood floors and carpets with ease and navigates around easily without knocking things around. Powerful suction that works great on pet hair and it helps keep pet hair buildup to a minimum with less need to vacuum. I run mine daily on a schedule and if needed a quick clean in the evening as well. I have always had great experience with Shark products and have always been my go to for household cleaning equipment.
