[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It vacuums my floors great. It picks up dust, fine dirt and pet hair. I have a dog and cat and it picks up all of the hair. It also picks up the human hair that my teenager loses around the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this!!! It works so great! We have 1 dog, 4 cats, and a household of 4 people. This robot keeps my floors clean. It’s so convenient and easy to use. Controlling it in the app is very easy! You can schedule when you want it to run. We usually do it at night while everyone sleeps. Its super quiet and doesn't disturb anyone. It takes the hassle out of me vacuuming every day and that helps so much! Highly recommend this robot vacuum!

I no longer have to spend all that time emptying out the vacuum everytime I want to use it. Which makes me use it SO much more! Now I can run the vacuum daily and empty the basin just once a week. We have two dogs and one of them sheds A LOT. I found that if I run the vacuum daily, the hair isn't too much for the vacuum and it's self emptying feature runs more smoothly if it's done daily. My floors have been so much cleaner since I got this vacuum. Just do yourself a favor and splurge for this higher quality robot vacuum. You won't regret the time it will save you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently got this Shark Matrix RV2300S vacuum. I am really loving this vacuum! Set up was very easy. I have a golden retriever so I have alot of pet hair. This vacuum does a fantastic job picking up pet hair on carpet & hard floors. I love that it is self emptying, excellent feature. Would highly recommend to others!

I have 4 kids, two cats and a dog so I need a vacuum that can handle all kinds of the mess in my home. After setting up the robot vacuum and some patience I was very pleased with the overall results of how the vaccuum cleaned my floors. Pros: -very well made with quality parts -can use phone to schedule vacuum times -cleans multiple floor surfaces -self emptying -quiet -leaves nice vacuum lines on carpet -no heavy lifting -can be entertaining if you have cats that like to sit on the vacuum and ride it while it works Cons: -expensive -set up can take a bit of time -need patience at frist for vaccum to map out are you want to clean -large amounts of animal hair can cause machine to clog

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Shark robot and they just keep getting better. I set up this Shark Matrix in my downstairs where we have most of our living area -- kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, guest bathroom. It mapped all of the rooms without any issues and our floor plan is not straight forward -- it's got a lot of complex turns. The map was made very accurately and we were using it within a few hours. I love the self emptying container. It's easy to remove and empty. The vacuum does a good job picking up dirty and hair. It never gets stuck or lost. I look forward to using this Shark for a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have set up the Matrix to run in our basement. Initial set-up was tricky. I already have the SharkClean app for another vacuum and so I thought it would be just to add the Matrix. Well, I don't know if it just me (I have an Android phone and poor internet in rural MN), but I finally figured out that I needed to have location on my phone to then be able to connect the vacuum. The instructions did not tell me to do this so I had many failed attempts before this and was ready to call customer support before I figured this out. Then the vacuum was able to map the rooms. I love how this vacuum saves me time by taking care of some of the extra cleaning needed in half of our home. It seems to have powerful suction and does a good job taking care of all the areas it can go to.

Ive had it for a month now and it works great! I do only use it in a finished basement with vinyl plank flooring and an area rug. Gets up a lot including cat hair that I dont necessarily see. Negatives - loud, tried to suck up dehumidifier cord. Plus - can choose rooms to clean, easily navigates from vinyl floor to area rug, turn it on and forget it, great for everyday "keeping up" type cleaning and the base works great for charging and emptying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vaccum!! I love the fact that you dont have to clean it out yourself after everytime its ran. It automatically gets cleaned out into a holding tank, then once a month or less depending on how much dirt it needs to pick up you will then empty that. It wa easy to set up and connect to my wifi too.
