I have 4 kids, two cats and a dog so I need a vacuum that can handle all kinds of the mess in my home. After setting up the robot vacuum and some patience I was very pleased with the overall results of how the vaccuum cleaned my floors. Pros: -very well made with quality parts -can use phone to schedule vacuum times -cleans multiple floor surfaces -self emptying -quiet -leaves nice vacuum lines on carpet -no heavy lifting -can be entertaining if you have cats that like to sit on the vacuum and ride it while it works Cons: -expensive -set up can take a bit of time -need patience at frist for vaccum to map out are you want to clean -large amounts of animal hair can cause machine to clog

I no longer have to spend all that time emptying out the vacuum everytime I want to use it. Which makes me use it SO much more! Now I can run the vacuum daily and empty the basin just once a week. We have two dogs and one of them sheds A LOT. I found that if I run the vacuum daily, the hair isn't too much for the vacuum and it's self emptying feature runs more smoothly if it's done daily. My floors have been so much cleaner since I got this vacuum. Just do yourself a favor and splurge for this higher quality robot vacuum. You won't regret the time it will save you!

This is probably the best Ive tried when it comes to suction and thorough pattern suction. I can't believe how much my other robo vac left behind! This Shark Matrix is a suction machine! Setup is a breeze. It is wifi enabled. I can run it wherever I am from the app! Not much customizable options which I like. You can even schedule it to run. Two button operation on the robot itself. Clean and dock. It is so smooth around walls and corners. Others mar my floorboards kor table legs. This doesn't! A gentle nudge and it goes around it. And here's what I love - it goes back to tht dock and self empties itself! No more having to clean it out everyday! Two things I didn't like. It is louder than I expected. The self emptying vac is also loud. But these aren't deal breakers. My floors haven't been this clean! Highly, highly recommended!

It automatically gets cleaned out into a holding tank, then once a month or less depending on how much dirt it needs to pick up you will then empty that. It wa easy to set up and connect to my wifi too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this robot vaccume. We have carpet and we have hardwood . This works perfect for both and the fact that is it is Bagless I love that no constent emptying. It seems to clean well and get everything and the pet hair. So far so good.

Bought this within the last week, and the place where the vacuum docks to the self-emptying bin has already cracked. No option to find the part online, and what a hassle to pack up the vacuum and return it. I'd love to just have the part available to fix this.

This makes life so much easier. It does a great job at vacuuming the house. It is so easy to use and just simplifies things.

I have two dogs that shed a lot and this robot keeps the floor clean and gets up every bit of the dog hair. It even get close to the corners of the room and I especially love the self cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had two other brand robot vacuums of the R-a and N-o types. This blew them out of the water. The set up was super easy. I like the app and Alexa connection, which was easier to set routines and voice commands. The self emptying suction is kind of loud and did get clogged once but was easily fixed. I liked the initial mapping it did and the zones you can set. Works perfectly to do just kitchen and living room every day as needed. Highly recommend this vacuum. We have a long haired shepherd and two cats and this handled their hair without issue, even with spring shedding.
