This little vacuum does an excellent job picking up dirt, crumbs etc. I am very impressed with the level of clean we see on our carpets! It’s also amazing to be able to use the app! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shark Matrix self emptying robot vacuum is amazing, I want to say out of this world, but that seems a bit much. I honestly have never seen anything like this, but I never thought about getting a robot vacuum. This vacuum did a precision mapping of our house so that no spots would be missed. It does the carpet and hard floors. I do have to admit I follow it at first because I was so amazed. It also goes under beds, now who does that! I really didn't know what I was missing when I said I didn't think we needed one. I'm losing my vision so I felt now we could use one, and I love it.

They missed spots and seemed to go in random areas instead of where you wanted them. But this one works great! It maps your house and when you start it, it covers every area. You can set it to clean certain rooms or the whole house. It’s awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have set up the Matrix to run in our basement. Initial set-up was tricky. I already have the SharkClean app for another vacuum and so I thought it would be just to add the Matrix. Well, I don't know if it just me (I have an Android phone and poor internet in rural MN), but I finally figured out that I needed to have location on my phone to then be able to connect the vacuum. The instructions did not tell me to do this so I had many failed attempts before this and was ready to call customer support before I figured this out. Then the vacuum was able to map the rooms. I love how this vacuum saves me time by taking care of some of the extra cleaning needed in half of our home. It seems to have powerful suction and does a good job taking care of all the areas it can go to.

I literally have her mapped out and scheduled. She works overnight, while I am sleeping and about once a month I need to clean her. This is the future and it is awesome! As times are changing as well as appliances I must say this is just amazing. It is made so durable and the quality is fantastic not to mention the size and style. It has many wonderful functions which makes life much easier on your daily chores. The Shark Robot can vacuum both carpets and floors no matter if you have rugs,wooden floors or tiles it will clean all. What I love most is that I can actually program a home clean up while on am at work or out for the day through either Alexa or Google. Another function which is also great is that you are able to set your Robot Vacuum to actually target specific areas such as kitchens and bathrooms which, is used more frequently than other rooms. I definitely recommend this robot vacuum, you will be happy. I love it!

We have a 1500 sq foot 1st floor and previous robot vacuums always seemed to get stuck somewhere or miss parts of the house. The mapping system on this robot resolves both issues. I love that you can mark areas of the house as off limits without the need for ugly magnets strips that my kids are forever moving. Fair warning that when the vacuum returns to the base to empty, it is very loud. By default it will return to its base to charge and then resume sweeping later if it didn't get through the whole house. We set it up to run in the evening and it would restart in the middle of the night and wake everyone up. It took me a few days to figure out the issue, but it was easy enough to turn that feature off once I looked in the manual! Overall, I would highly recommend!

This Shark vacuum maps your house and uses an app, which is very user friendly. Highly recommend for people with pets, as it pulls pet hair from rugs with ease.
