It automatically gets cleaned out into a holding tank, then once a month or less depending on how much dirt it needs to pick up you will then empty that. It wa easy to set up and connect to my wifi too.

It does an excellent job cleaning carpets (suction is powerful) and all types of flooring. The app is easy to use, it is great to have the ability to set so some no go areas. The robot is never lost or stuck and it is quiet! The self empty function is amazing as well. I strongly recommend this amazing Shark Matric robot vaccuum!

They missed spots and seemed to go in random areas instead of where you wanted them. But this one works great! It maps your house and when you start it, it covers every area. You can set it to clean certain rooms or the whole house. It’s awesome.

This little vacuum does an excellent job picking up dirt, crumbs etc. I am very impressed with the level of clean we see on our carpets! It’s also amazing to be able to use the app! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently got this Shark Matrix RV2300S vacuum. I am really loving this vacuum! Set up was very easy. I have a golden retriever so I have alot of pet hair. This vacuum does a fantastic job picking up pet hair on carpet & hard floors. I love that it is self emptying, excellent feature. Would highly recommend to others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had two other brand robot vacuums of the R-a and N-o types. This blew them out of the water. The set up was super easy. I like the app and Alexa connection, which was easier to set routines and voice commands. The self emptying suction is kind of loud and did get clogged once but was easily fixed. I liked the initial mapping it did and the zones you can set. Works perfectly to do just kitchen and living room every day as needed. Highly recommend this vacuum. We have a long haired shepherd and two cats and this handled their hair without issue, even with spring shedding.

It not only has 3 different suction levels while vacuuming, it self empties into the base which saves time and the reservoir is pretty large. This Shark vacuum maps your house and uses an app, which is very user friendly. Highly recommend for people with pets, as it pulls pet hair from rugs with ease.

I literally have her mapped out and scheduled. She works overnight, while I am sleeping and about once a month I need to clean her. This is the future and it is awesome! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have set up the Matrix to run in our basement. Initial set-up was tricky. I already have the SharkClean app for another vacuum and so I thought it would be just to add the Matrix. Well, I don't know if it just me (I have an Android phone and poor internet in rural MN), but I finally figured out that I needed to have location on my phone to then be able to connect the vacuum. The instructions did not tell me to do this so I had many failed attempts before this and was ready to call customer support before I figured this out. Then the vacuum was able to map the rooms. I love how this vacuum saves me time by taking care of some of the extra cleaning needed in half of our home. It seems to have powerful suction and does a good job taking care of all the areas it can go to.
