[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently owned another leading robot vacuum brand and recently replaced it with this Shark robot vacuum. The Shark robot vacuum is everything my last robot vacuum was not! The first thing that stood out to me is that the self-emptying canister is bagless! When it empties it is much quieter than the one from the other big name robot vacuum it replaced! It has a great feature that I use often called Spot Mode where it makes multiple passes over a 5x5 foot area. I use this feature in my small laundry room and anytime my kids spill crumbs on the floor. It’s targeted room cleaning and scheduling is convenient and functionality works well. I have no negatives and in the month or so I have had this vacuum, it has exceeded my expectations! I only want Shark vacuums going forward.

I bought this a few weeks ago and mapped the house, it's amazing. Took a bit to get app to connect, but once it mapped the house quickly it really has muscle. My home is all tile but rugs are in certain areas, and different sizes and piles, our old robot couldn't get up on the shag carpet, but this Shark does it with ease. We have a golden-doodle who doesn't really shed, but brings in dirt with his paws, I love that it re-docks to empty itself and goes back and finished the job. This received 5 stars because no other self-emptying vacuum for the money (under $250) is this dependable and awesome.

It did take a little time to connect but customer service was very nice and helped me out. It has 3 different settings. I love that it empties itself out. It's not too loud when running but it does get a little louder when it empties out. Overall this is the best robotic vacuum that I ever had. I highly recommend this product to any one. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark Matrix robot vacuum is impressive! I've been through several robo vacs before. This is probably the best Ive tried when it comes to suction and thorough pattern suction. I can't believe how much my other robo vac left behind! This Shark Matrix is a suction machine! Setup is a breeze. It is wifi enabled. I can run it wherever I am from the app! Not much customizable options which I like. You can even schedule it to run. Two button operation on the robot itself. Clean and dock. It is so smooth around walls and corners. Others mar my floorboards kor table legs. This doesn't! A gentle nudge and it goes around it. And here's what I love - it goes back to tht dock and self empties itself! No more having to clean it out everyday! Two things I didn't like. It is louder than I expected. The self emptying vac is also loud. But these aren't deal breakers. My floors haven't been this clean! Highly, highly recommended!

I no longer have to spend all that time emptying out the vacuum everytime I want to use it. Which makes me use it SO much more! Now I can run the vacuum daily and empty the basin just once a week. We have two dogs and one of them sheds A LOT. I found that if I run the vacuum daily, the hair isn't too much for the vacuum and it's self emptying feature runs more smoothly if it's done daily. My floors have been so much cleaner since I got this vacuum. Just do yourself a favor and splurge for this higher quality robot vacuum. You won't regret the time it will save you!

Physical setup was simple thanks to everything pretty much being ready to go out of the box and the first run process was well guided in the app. I like the ability to set and edit no go zones for those areas that shouldn't be touched rather than having to block them off. Performance wise it does a good job of cleaning, and is quite quiet, especially compared to a traditional vacuum. I like the scheduling and spot clean features as they provide an extra level of flexibility and convenience. The self-emptying function is a great addition in this model, both for not needing to empty the dirt as often and not needing to empty the robot itself (the base has a removable disposal box). I'd definitely recommend and get it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to shark matrix a week ago and i surely love it. I have two dogs that shed a lot and this robot keeps the floor clean and gets up every bit of the dog hair. It even get close to the corners of the room and I especially love the self cleaning.
