The self emptying feature makes more convenient, and the no-go zones along with the matrix vacuum routine makes sure all the right places get cleaned very well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this!!! It works so great! We have 1 dog, 4 cats, and a household of 4 people. This robot keeps my floors clean. It’s so convenient and easy to use. Controlling it in the app is very easy! You can schedule when you want it to run. We usually do it at night while everyone sleeps. Its super quiet and doesn't disturb anyone. It takes the hassle out of me vacuuming every day and that helps so much! Highly recommend this robot vacuum!

I unboxed it read the instructions, followed them and thought everything would work out fine. Sadly, I was disappointed that it gave me an error message that the bumper was stuck. I messed with it and messed with it and finally got it to work. After that it was able to work, it tells you how to download the app and that was super helpful. Overall, its a very nice vacuum but the instructions were not clean and really, I had to figure it out on my own.

She does an initial eval of your home, then you can send her from her dock to any room in the house to clean, or have her clean the whole hoose. The only issue i have is thwt i have 2 dogs that shed & instead of picking up all the fur she will spit out or loaw some clumps. But its easy to just pick those up & throw them away. I wish there was a way to make her holding compartment bigger but overall Susie is great!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shark Matrix self emptying robot vacuum is amazing, I want to say out of this world, but that seems a bit much. I honestly have never seen anything like this, but I never thought about getting a robot vacuum. This vacuum did a precision mapping of our house so that no spots would be missed. It does the carpet and hard floors. I do have to admit I follow it at first because I was so amazed. It also goes under beds, now who does that! I really didn't know what I was missing when I said I didn't think we needed one. I'm losing my vision so I felt now we could use one, and I love it.

You can map your house and have it block off areas that you prefer it doent go! It self empties into the stand. It was so easy to set up. I have 3 pets and it does well with the hair! I highly recommend it!

I have a golden retriever so I have alot of pet hair. This vacuum does a fantastic job picking up pet hair on carpet & hard floors. I love that it is self emptying, excellent feature. Would highly recommend to others!

I have a dog and cat and it picks up all of the hair. It also picks up the human hair that my teenager loses around the house.

I am very impressed with the Shark Matrix robot vacuum quality and the great cleaning job it does on my floors. Tall docking station with filter and a dock that is equipped with a self empty base. It has voice commands such as telling me when the battery is low and need to be charged. It has charging lights to let you know when fully charged. Also has an app supplied with how-to-videos, tips & tricks, troubleshooting and FAQs. Highly recommend this Shark robot vacuum to keep your floors super clean.

Ive had it for a month now and it works great! I do only use it in a finished basement with vinyl plank flooring and an area rug. Gets up a lot including cat hair that I dont necessarily see. Negatives - loud, tried to suck up dehumidifier cord. Plus - can choose rooms to clean, easily navigates from vinyl floor to area rug, turn it on and forget it, great for everyday "keeping up" type cleaning and the base works great for charging and emptying it.
