This little vacuum does an excellent job picking up dirt, crumbs etc. I am very impressed with the level of clean we see on our carpets! It’s also amazing to be able to use the app! This is very worth the investment!

It not only has 3 different suction levels while vacuuming, it self empties into the base which saves time and the reservoir is pretty large. This Shark vacuum maps your house and uses an app, which is very user friendly. Highly recommend for people with pets, as it pulls pet hair from rugs with ease.

As times are changing as well as appliances I must say this is just amazing. It is made so durable and the quality is fantastic not to mention the size and style. It has many wonderful functions which makes life much easier on your daily chores. The Shark Robot can vacuum both carpets and floors no matter if you have rugs,wooden floors or tiles it will clean all. What I love most is that I can actually program a home clean up while on am at work or out for the day through either Alexa or Google. Another function which is also great is that you are able to set your Robot Vacuum to actually target specific areas such as kitchens and bathrooms which, is used more frequently than other rooms. I definitely recommend this robot vacuum, you will be happy. I love it!

I got this Shark vacuum to replace my old non self emptying one . Let me just say , once you go self emptying you never go back .. You really don’t think about how much you empty these things out until you don’t have to for a while . Another great feature is that this shark can get on my shaggy rug in our living room and not get stuck !! We hated having to go and move our old one because it got stuck all the time ! Then we would have to pull out our shark handheld and vacuum the rug . Not any more ! Sharkira doesn’t it all! (Our vacuums name ) . You can tell it were not to go. You can have it clean certain areas and rooms . Powerful little machine . Trust me , I’ve had three different types , this one is by far the best brand I’ve owned . Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum operates quietly and cleans thoroughly. The only part of the operation that is noisy at all is when it dumps in the waste bin. The setup is easy and during the 1st use of the vacuum you can set it to map out the house so it can clean more complete. I love this new vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cool to have a vacuum that you don't have to push around and move furniture, this will scope out your home and plan it's map to how you have your house set up. You can add the app to your phone and set it for when you want it to clean for you. If it needs charging during vacuuming it will go back to it's base and charge then start where it left off. It picks up everything in its path. It even empties itself too.

I am very impressed with the Shark Matrix robot vacuum quality and the great cleaning job it does on my floors. Tall docking station with filter and a dock that is equipped with a self empty base. It has voice commands such as telling me when the battery is low and need to be charged. It has charging lights to let you know when fully charged. Also has an app supplied with how-to-videos, tips & tricks, troubleshooting and FAQs. Highly recommend this Shark robot vacuum to keep your floors super clean.

Bought this within the last week, and the place where the vacuum docks to the self-emptying bin has already cracked. No option to find the part online, and what a hassle to pack up the vacuum and return it. I'd love to just have the part available to fix this.

Ive had it for a month now and it works great! I do only use it in a finished basement with vinyl plank flooring and an area rug. Gets up a lot including cat hair that I dont necessarily see. Negatives - loud, tried to suck up dehumidifier cord. Plus - can choose rooms to clean, easily navigates from vinyl floor to area rug, turn it on and forget it, great for everyday "keeping up" type cleaning and the base works great for charging and emptying it.

The vacuum really does not miss a spot now since it takes overlapping horizontal and vertical paths. It is also much quieter and doesnt need to bump into anything to figure out if there is something in the way it needs to go around. The self emptying feature is also a game changer. It is extremely loud, but briefly. Love not having to empty the container on the vacuum as often.
