Amazing for the price

Love this vac - picks up lots of dog hair with ease, however very noisy!! The scheduled clean works great You can’t be on the phone when it is working it is that noisy. I would return it if it weren’t for the quality for picking up.

I bought this vacuum to replace my old Shark. It does clean very well and gets the job done. I do need to try and understand the gridding in this vacuum. It seems to go in the same spots every time and not getting other areas. The white thing on the top gets in the way of going under the furniture now and it has a weird clicking noise. I did buy the extended warrenty so I will give it a shot. I do miss my old shark and regret not getting something more similar to my old one. Thought this Shark would be more beneficial since it is self cleaning (which by the way is very loud).

I purchased this in December 2024. The robot kept getting stuck under my furniture, which is odd since it is supposed to go around items. It sucked up toys, clothes and other items that caused it to fail instead of going around those items as advertised. The matrix clean takes 7 hours and requires multiple recharging in my home (2400 sf). The side brush keeps falling off and I have to keep attaching it. The other day it fell into the dogs water bowl at the bottom of the stairs (1 step down that it usually avoids) and now doesn't work at all, just sends an error message that it is on a cliff, even when on the base. This is not the same Shark I purchased years ago. New features, but works half as well.

I really like this robot vac and it's quiet too! I've had a couple of Neabot vacs that worked pretty well but had significant app issues, and were twice as loud as this vac so I'm happy with the Matrix on both of those issues already. It seems to be picking up a lot of dust and some dog fur up with every run so it's working well. I have it scheduled to come on every morning at 8:30 am and when I get home from work it's done and collected a lot of debris. For the price I think it is a great deal. I mean, there's no way I'm going to do a manual vacuum of my house every day so this is worth it to keep it extra clean. I've only had it get stuck one time and that was from a toy with a long piece of string attached to it that my dog drug out after I left the house. Also, it doesn't have a bag to change out on the base, you just dump the large canister when it's full which I like much better. The only con I can think of is you will likely have to work with the initial app setup a bit like I did but I finally got it to connect and have not had a problem since. The instructions on that part aren't great but are they ever on these type of products?

Fantastic, especially if you don't have several low lifted furniture pieces that restrict the vacuum. Did a great job mapping out home. The schedule feature is a game changer.

I bought this a few weeks ago and mapped the house, it's amazing. Took a bit to get app to connect, but once it mapped the house quickly it really has muscle. My home is all tile but rugs are in certain areas, and different sizes and piles, our old robot couldn't get up on the shag carpet, but this Shark does it with ease. We have a golden-doodle who doesn't really shed, but brings in dirt with his paws, I love that it re-docks to empty itself and goes back and finished the job. This received 5 stars because no other self-emptying vacuum for the money (under $250) is this dependable and awesome.
