Pricy but more eatable meat.

The price for these short ribs are too expensive. Would not buy again

Good value and quality. Less smoky, great flavor. Less fat.

There are many small bone fragments, so they need to be thoroughly cleaned before burning.

So fatty i couldn't even eat it.

I have never had a short rib sliced this way and will never buy these again. Way too much fat and extremely thin, makes for a chewy non fat rendered piece of meat. Not good at all.

The meat tasted good but had A LOT of fat. I understand this is a fattier cut but there were large chunks of fat on the ribs.

The first layer looked very fresh and lean but the quality of the meat the layer below was terrible (too much fat so had to cut off about 1/3 of it).
