These short ribs are of great quality. Sam's Club main competitor is not as honest as Sam's Club because they bury boney less quality meat in the meat package that you cannot see. Notice Sam's Club packaging, you can see most of the meat. These short ribs are less expensive and tastes better than most steaks. They are easy to cook and come out tender and juice because of the fat content!

I love Oxtail but the prices even here at Sam’s is just too expensive. So a cook on YouTube mentioned this being a dupe to get the famous oxtail taste. Yes!Yes!Yes! I can have the taste with a little less in price. The meat doesn’t have too much fat on them and they cook well. So glad I was able to find a cost effective option!

This bone in short ribs are the best marbled short ribs around. Not sure why all the other cuts are so lean looking which makes me think these short ribs are from a completely different type of cow, similar to wagyu. Too bad Samsclub's ribeyes and other cuts aren't nealry as marbled.

I recently purchased Korean beef from Sam's Club and was pleased with the quality, but I noticed a significant difference in fat content between the pieces at the front and back of the package. It would be great if Sam's Club could provide more transparency in their packaging. Also the cuts are not consistent. Some slices are thinner than others.

The beef ribs are good it’s the packaging I have a problem with. They put the good cuts of meat in the front where you can see it. But then they choose to hide cuts that are fatty in the back. Once you open the packaging you will notice the back cuts have barely any meat mostly fat that should have been discarded. They obviously know what they are doing because I have bought many of these beef ribs to make galbi and they all have the fatty cuts hidden behind the good cuts.

The meat freshness is fine, no problems there. My problem is that the cut itself tends to be poor. Most of the time the meat cut is mostly fat. Each time I go to the store I check the short ribs, but will only buy if there are ones that have some meat on them.

Lot of fat .. once you opened the meet Inside under bottoms so fat meet and big bones . Those meet —can not eating… :(((

Way too much gristle and connective tissue. I thought this was just going to be a fatty cut of meat but there is a ton of cardiacs garbage in there too.

Hidden under the top layer were absolutely terrible cuts of meat: Huge bones, little beef, and largely fat.

There were two layers of cut short ribs. The top layer was beautifully marbled which made me choose this pack. The layer beneath which was hidden was fat on bone. They should not even sell cuts like that. Very disappointing as this set me back $40 bucks.
