These short ribs are of great quality. Sam's Club main competitor is not as honest as Sam's Club because they bury boney less quality meat in the meat package that you cannot see. Notice Sam's Club packaging, you can see most of the meat. These short ribs are less expensive and tastes better than most steaks. They are easy to cook and come out tender and juice because of the fat content!

Ok I remember buying these when the price per lb was way cheaper but these are still a great deal instead of going out to Korean bbq. This whole package feeds my entire family of 4 for lunch and dinner. I usually buy the Korean bbq sauce (or make my own!) and these bbq in minutes and taste so darn good! Throw a little rice or salad on the side and dinner is served! Don’t forget the Japanese beer or sake!

I recently purchased Korean beef from Sam's Club and was pleased with the quality, but I noticed a significant difference in fat content between the pieces at the front and back of the package. It would be great if Sam's Club could provide more transparency in their packaging. Also the cuts are not consistent. Some slices are thinner than others.

Good amount of beef with some fat. Great tasting when cooked correctly. High-end priced especially by weight due to the amount of bone ti meat comparison.

Sam’s short ribs are well marbled and extremely tender. (Grilled kalbi style) BEWARE, the top layer will look really good in the package but there’s a hidden 2nd layer underneath. The butchers HIDE junk pieces that are mostly all fat or even just the bone part. This has been consistent every time I buy them & always have to buy an extra package to allow for waste.

Disappointed that the slices on the bottom are not consistent with the top pieces you see. Pieces hidden have a really larger sized bone and are very fatty compared to the top pieces you can see. Almost half the tray was poor quality that I would not have bought. I bought 4 trays for a party. Embarrassing to serve that to guests as the main dish.

We tried this cut of beef just to see what flavor and texture were like. We pan sauteed them with our favorite seasonings. Meat seemed flavorful, but a little tough. We decided other cuts were of better value and tenderness considering the bone to meat ratio. We probably won't purchase again.

Pricey! I’ve been buying these for many years, and while the quality is still great, I’m now getting only half as much as I used to for the same $35 package. It’s reaching a point where I may no longer be able to afford it. Is there any way the price could be adjusted to make it more affordable?

Overpriced. I ordered delivery otherwise I wouldn't have selected the tray I received. Half of the ribs were fat and bone, literally no meat. My dog had a treat but my family missed out on a meal.

There were two layers of cut short ribs. The top layer was beautifully marbled which made me choose this pack. The layer beneath which was hidden was fat on bone. They should not even sell cuts like that. Very disappointing as this set me back $40 bucks.
