The ribs have a good amount of fat-meat ratio. Each piece had for bones, perfect cut. After grilling, the meat was so tender!

These are the BEST Flanken Beef ribs you can get anywhere! Yes they are EXPENSIVE but worth it to me! I'm keto/carnivore %26 I put Redmond sea salt on these and put them in my Corsori dehydrator overnight at 160 degress. BEST BEEF JERKY EVER!!!!!

Worth every cent

I recently purchased Korean beef from Sam's Club and was pleased with the quality, but I noticed a significant difference in fat content between the pieces at the front and back of the package. It would be great if Sam's Club could provide more transparency in their packaging. Also the cuts are not consistent. Some slices are thinner than others.

Some plates are kind of thick n too much fat.

Pricey! I’ve been buying these for many years, and while the quality is still great, I’m now getting only half as much as I used to for the same $35 package. It’s reaching a point where I may no longer be able to afford it. Is there any way the price could be adjusted to make it more affordable?

The beef ribs are good it’s the packaging I have a problem with. They put the good cuts of meat in the front where you can see it. But then they choose to hide cuts that are fatty in the back. Once you open the packaging you will notice the back cuts have barely any meat mostly fat that should have been discarded. They obviously know what they are doing because I have bought many of these beef ribs to make galbi and they all have the fatty cuts hidden behind the good cuts.

Lot of fat .. once you opened the meet Inside under bottoms so fat meet and big bones . Those meet —can not eating… :(((

Way too much gristle and connective tissue. I thought this was just going to be a fatty cut of meat but there is a ton of cardiacs garbage in there too.
