These short ribs are of great quality. Sam's Club main competitor is not as honest as Sam's Club because they bury boney less quality meat in the meat package that you cannot see. Notice Sam's Club packaging, you can see most of the meat. These short ribs are less expensive and tastes better than most steaks. They are easy to cook and come out tender and juice because of the fat content!

These Angus beef bone-in short ribs turned out excellent. After marinating in an Asian-style marinade for about 6 hours, they were incredibly flavorful with a perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet notes. Grilling them on the BBQ gave a nice char on the outside while keeping the meat tender and juicy. The bone adds extra richness, making each bite even better. Definitely a great choice if you're looking for something bold and satisfying off the grill.

I love Oxtail but the prices even here at Sam's is just too expensive. So a cook on YouTube mentioned this being a dupe to get the famous oxtail taste. Yes!Yes!Yes! I can have the taste with a little less in price. The meat doesn't have too much fat on them and they cook well. So glad I was able to find a cost effective option!

Everything i expected quick and easy to grill very tender a hit for the event everyone was inquiring about them i happily said Sam's club can't wait to buy again if you can keep them since i have told everyone where to get them.

Ok I remember buying these when the price per lb was way cheaper but these are still a great deal instead of going out to Korean bbq. This whole package feeds my entire family of 4 for lunch and dinner. I usually buy the Korean bbq sauce (or make my own!) and these bbq in minutes and taste so darn good! Throw a little rice or salad on the side and dinner is served! Don’t forget the Japanese beer or sake!

I recently purchased Korean beef from Sam's Club and was pleased with the quality, but I noticed a significant difference in fat content between the pieces at the front and back of the package. It would be great if Sam's Club could provide more transparency in their packaging. Also the cuts are not consistent. Some slices are thinner than others.

We tried this cut of beef just to see what flavor and texture were like. We pan sauteed them with our favorite seasonings. Meat seemed flavorful, but a little tough. We decided other cuts were of better value and tenderness considering the bone to meat ratio. We probably won't purchase again.

The meat freshness is fine, no problems there. My problem is that the cut itself tends to be poor. Most of the time the meat cut is mostly fat. Each time I go to the store I check the short ribs, but will only buy if there are ones that have some meat on them.

Way too much gristle and connective tissue. I thought this was just going to be a fatty cut of meat but there is a ton of cardiacs garbage in there too.

I did not like its taste. Mine had Lots of fat and it was grease beyond acceptable. Unhealthy in my experience. I’m not gonna purchase it again, for now.
