We have never ever been disappointed in meat purchased from Sam's Club, we buy all our meat from them. I do not eat these but my husband said they were good.

These Angus beef bone-in short ribs turned out excellent. After marinating in an Asian-style marinade for about 6 hours, they were incredibly flavorful with a perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet notes. Grilling them on the BBQ gave a nice char on the outside while keeping the meat tender and juicy. The bone adds extra richness, making each bite even better. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for something bold and satisfying off the grill.

Hidden under the top layer were absolutely terrible cuts of meat: Huge bones, little beef, and largely fat.

Lot of fat .. once you opened the meet Inside under bottoms so fat meet and big bones . Those meet —can not eating… :(((

Love this cut of meat. Quick fix and very tasty. If first time to try these make sure you use a damp paper towel to wipe off any excess bone fragments. I didn’t find any on these but just to be safe. Highly recommend

We didn’t like them. They were very fatty. We cooked them on the grill and they were tender, but with so much fat in every bite, it just makes the meat greasy. I should’ve known from all the Marbled fat in the meat. I’ve never seen so much other stores don’t have this much fat in the short ribs

There were two layers of cut short ribs. The top layer was beautifully marbled which made me choose this pack. The layer beneath which was hidden was fat on bone. They should not even sell cuts like that. Very disappointing as this set me back $40 bucks.

Ok I remember buying these when the price per lb was way cheaper but these are still a great deal instead of going out to Korean bbq. This whole package feeds my entire family of 4 for lunch and dinner. I usually buy the Korean bbq sauce (or make my own!) and these bbq in minutes and taste so darn good! Throw a little rice or salad on the side and dinner is served! Don’t forget the Japanese beer or sake!

This bone in short ribs are the best marbled short ribs around. Not sure why all the other cuts are so lean looking which makes me think these short ribs are from a completely different type of cow, similar to wagyu. Too bad Samsclub's ribeyes and other cuts aren't nealry as marbled.

Sam’s short ribs are well marbled and extremely tender. (Grilled kalbi style) BEWARE, the top layer will look really good in the package but there’s a hidden 2nd layer underneath. The butchers HIDE junk pieces that are mostly all fat or even just the bone part. This has been consistent every time I buy them & always have to buy an extra package to allow for waste.
