OK but not worth the money!!

Good meat just very pricey

I love Sam's and the pricing is great!

This item is so expensive and the fat is not trimmed off. it is not worth the money.

The ribs were delicious 😋. Getting more this weekend with my curbside.

These were the worst short ribs I’ve ever had. There was no meat at all. They were all fat,

They hide small ones under the food looking ones.

The first layer looked very fresh and lean but the quality of the meat the layer below was terrible (too much fat so had to cut off about 1/3 of it).

Hidden under the top layer were absolutely terrible cuts of meat: Huge bones, little beef, and largely fat.

This make a great guisada. I love it stewed or grilled. The fat content is just right. It's a regular at our household.
