The price for these short ribs are too expensive. Would not buy again

I was desperate, I needed to make kalbi short ribs and I needed to get all of the ingredients in one plaxe since i was at Sam's, why not, but looking at the price, i paid it...in the end, my who family was happy. If it was to happen again, I wouldn't do it, i would go to a butcher.

The cut is very thin! Once cooked, it favors bacon slices. I wanted to cook a stew with it and generally get the cube cuts from another location. I decided to give these a try and was totally disappointed. I remember when Sam's would have both cuts (sliced and cubed). They need to bring it back.

Its good meat...What's not to like about beef short ribs. Tenderer and full of flavor and fat yummy to my tummy.

I love this cut of short ribs. They cook quickly and are visually more appealing. They were delicious!

Great quality meat. Party loved the bbq ribs. Not too fatty but enough fat to keep them nice and juicy. Will definitely buy again.
