USDA Choice quality with lots of meat on each Beef Short Rib, and at Sam’s Club’s great pricing… what’s not to love?

Meat was fresh and perfect for grilling.

Paid for A lot of fat on the meat that could of been cut off

Hard to find Short Ribs in this cut, and they were outstanding.

The price for these short ribs are too expensive. Would not buy again

These were a great purchase for a family of 6

The meat tasted good but had A LOT of fat. I understand this is a fattier cut but there were large chunks of fat on the ribs.

The first layer looked very fresh and lean but the quality of the meat the layer below was terrible (too much fat so had to cut off about 1/3 of it).

This make a great guisada. I love it stewed or grilled. The fat content is just right. It’s a regular at our household.

Korean Shortribs from Sams club are the best quality. The meat is tender and fresh and better than the Korean markets around town.
