USDA Choice quality with lots of meat on each Beef Short Rib, and at Sam's Club's great pricing… what's not to love?

The meat tasted good but had A LOT of fat. I understand this is a fattier cut but there were large chunks of fat on the ribs.

Lot of fat .. once you opened the meet Inside under bottoms so fat meet and big bones . Those meet —can not eating… :(((

So fatty i couldn't even eat it.

There are many small bone fragments, so they need to be thoroughly cleaned before burning.

Meat was fresh and perfect for grilling.

This is a typical cut of meat where I am from, great for tacos or as a side to your main dish.

Hard to find Short Ribs in this cut, and they were outstanding.

These were a great purchase for a family of 6
