The cut is very thin! Once cooked, it favors bacon slices. I wanted to cook a stew with it and generally get the cube cuts from another location. I decided to give these a try and was totally disappointed. I remember when Sam's would have both cuts (sliced and cubed). They need to bring it back.

The Short Ribs were thin and fatty. I would not purchase them again.

Mostly fat. Very little meat.
