I use these to make slow cooker beef short ribs from an American/French recipe I found on-line from Longbourn Farm. Absolutey delicious.

Mostly just fat no marbling. They hid it below the few pieces on top. Trimmed and threw away 1/4 of just fat.

This cut of meat is a family fav. It pairs well with any veggie. Sold elsewhere you'd pay almost twice Sam's Club price. Its a win-win.

Love the quality of these flank short ribs, fat is trimmed and great marbling. Just a bit pricey, a pack is almost $50 and feeds 3 adults.

The rib is much larger, well marbled, and a lot less fat than those that I purchased from the Korean super market. I would give it 6 out of 5 stars.
