Love the quality of these flank short ribs, fat is trimmed and great marbling. Just a bit pricey, a pack is almost $50 and feeds 3 adults.

Rarely do you get great marbeling without excessive fat on the beef short ribs elsewhere. Sams puts out a great quality product.

Mostly just fat no marbling. They hid it below the few pieces on top. Trimmed and threw away 1/4 of just fat.

Was very flavorful. You might have to beat it and make sure to handle to make it tender to your liking

Very tender we use it for Korean Barbecue very tender and easy to prepare. Sometimes a bit pricey.

The cut of meat could be a tad thinner for optimal marination. Otherwise, the quality of the meat is superb!

I had never bought or eaten this cut of beef but gave it a try and fried it in a skillet and was delicious!!

The rib is much larger, well marbled, and a lot less fat than those that I purchased from the Korean super market. I would give it 6 out of 5 stars.
