Good marbling makes tender meat. Sometimes they are a bit too fatty, however. You just have to pick a good pack.

Sam’s have a best price and quality of meat so I always buy from them but better if you check the packages, some package is better than other.

yummy marinated and grilled, thin sliced, lots of flavor and if you like bone flavor, you'll drool over the bite sized bones

These Beef Short Ribs are very tender and tasty. I do recommend rinsing them off before cooking to get rid of any remaining bone “dust” though.
