Need to file a class action against SamClubs!!! They're trying to give us heart attack!!! Too much fat in their meats

This item is over PRICED, for what you get. A lot of fat. Top piece are good, underneath is FAT. Not worth the money. Sam's need to do better.

Love this cut of meat! I use it to cook Korean Kalbi, and it is delicious! I would prefer if the cut is even thinner, but it is very good nontheless.

I hade the butcher in the back to cut these just the way I wanted. They were perfect. Meaty and easy to cook. I'll be buying more soon.

Very good! But the last time there was a lot of tiny bone pieces so rinse or wipe off. Ruined our meal because I didn’t realize it.

Used about ten pounds of these to make my annual Christmas short rib ragu. Cooked up beautifully with a minimum of waste. Because of the direction of the cut, there were a lot of small rib bones in the sauce but this also added a lot of flavor.

The fat on the meat is much higher than some other stores. For the price, however, it is still a great deal. Expect to cut out some fat if you do not want it.

I was surprised to find these at Sam's club. I love this kinda cut of a beef rib. If you haven't tried them, they are awesome on the grill. Cool them hot and fast. As long as both sides looks cooked, you are golden.

Love these, usually will just broil for a couple minutes each side if that and eat or even better after maybe a minute on each side in the broiler I will toss them in a pan with a little butter and brown them up and make them even tastier!!
