Korean Shortribs from Sams club are the best quality. The meat is tender and fresh and better than the Korean markets around town.

Wasn’t sure how I would like these ribs. Was pleasantly surprised. Flavor was great and meat was tender.

These ribs had more fat on them than meat. I often purchase these from Sam’s Club and this was the worse.

First attempt at flaken-style ribs. The meat was tough and it may be we don't have the right recipe but it wasn't worth the time it took to marinate and cook. It was fun to try something new to me but I probably won't purchase it again.

Didn’t like em . Couldn’t figure out how to cook em . Try slow n long n hot n short , both times they were tough as nails no flavor . Maybe it was just me

This is the perfect thickness for Korean Short Ribs, decent quality meat for the price. Don't be taken back by the list price, because since it's per pound, it is always considerably less expensive. And price per pound, you can't get it cheaper any where else in my region.
