Rarely do you get great marbeling without excessive fat on the beef short ribs elsewhere. Sams puts out a great quality product.

I had never bought or eaten this cut of beef but gave it a try and fried it in a skillet and was delicious!!

These short ribs were the best cuts of ribs for making Hawaiian short ribs! It reminds me of the best of Hawaii’s plate lunches😋

These ribs had more fat on them than meat. I often purchase these from Sam’s Club and this was the worse.
